I called them recently (9/2020) to service my unit that they sold me and installed. I had not used the system in a few years and the unit under the sink had a small leak. They charged me $500.00 for this service visit. At this time they did not advise me that the system would be unusable without additional repairs/expense. After they left I had to call them back because the water pressure was low. They then said it would cost me an additional $400.00 to fix the unit so that the pressure would be as it should be. In addition to this, the small leak that the unit under the sink had has now gotten so bad that I had to disconnect the water supply. When I called them about this they seemed to say that they knew the unit under the sink was going bad also. This would not be included in the additional $400.00. It appears that they want me to spend over a $1,000.00 to fix their system when I could purchase a brand new one for the same amount of money or less. I would not recommend this system/agency.
