We went thru Costco for the replacement of our current heating/ac unit, and used this company. Kevin came out initially to check out the current system and the duct works, sat down and explained to me about the system they offered. They sent me the quote via email. Paula called a week later and followed up with us. With the Costco discount and rebates, this was the most affordable price. The came to install and take away the old unit. Everything was fine in one day, and came the next day to upgrade the power panel. It passed all inspections, we highly recommend them!

We recently replaced our HVAC with a Lennox heat pump, furnace and AC system. We contracted EHAS through Costco. Every step from sales to installation to follow-up service was professionally handled by Kevin (sales), Kevin V and crew (install) and Jon (follow-up). The system ran quietly and smoothly from the start, but some follow-up was needed to fix an error code that showed up on the thermostat. Jon came out first thing on Monday morning and quickly fixed the issue. Having the error code wasn't ideal, but having it fixed quickly and efficiently earned EHAS our five-star rating.

My HAVC is two zoning system and has been using for 20+ year. One of the zoning is also not working.
Solar and water softener was install from Coscto. The 2 systems installed a seamlessly. I deceded to replace my
HAVC with Costco also but it is a very unhappy experience.
1. I have to take off half day on 7 days.
Day#1. EHAS come out to do installation which is normally
When they finished, they told me I can turn on the system. So I start turning on the system to see if it works properly. I set to 71 degree on the thermostatic but the temperature on the downstaire never reach to 71. The thermostatic stayed at about 75 degree during hot day (100 degree outside. The next day I set the to 68 degree but it stay in 74 only. So I start calling them. They told me to wait for Arcon to come out the inspect. The thermostatic on the 2nd floor can not turn off and on the system. So if I need to turn off or on system, I have to go down to the 1st floor to do. The sale people did not let me know when they come to explain to me about the system. My old system can turn on or off on the 2nd floor thermostatic.
Day#2. Arcon come out to inspect if EHAS install correctly
When they come out, Arcon found one of the duct did not connect to HAVC completely. That means the air is blowing out to the attic. It's amazing that the installer did spot it when they complete the work. The HAVC is located in attic. It took 2 weeks to schedule the appointment.
Day#3. EHAS sent people out and fixed it but the temperature on the 1 floor still not get close to temperature that I set. Then I started to call them again. The sent out another guy to come out to talk to me. Again they told me to wait for Arch to recheck again to see if there is any more issue. If the Arcon find any issue. Replece a portion of duct to 14"" could help but that is my expense. It took 2 weeks to schedule the appointment.
Day#4 Arcon come out agine and inspect. Arcon said ok. It took 2 weeks to schedule the appointment.
Day#5 I scheduled City inspector to inspect the HAVC. The inspector come out but I have to set the
ladder for him to get up to the attic to inspector.
Day#6 The city inspector complain something is not corrected. He wrote the problem on the permit.
Day#7 Schedule again with EHAS to fix whatever it need. I told EHAS to have a experience install to call
me about 14"" duct replace but they never call me. It took 1 weeks to schedule the appointment.
Day#8 City inspector passed finally and signed off.
The sale person not only did not let me know anything about the system. She did not tell me about the
Arcon or city inspector. I expect EHAS should be here when the city inspector inspect and I dont have
to deal with the City inspector. That should be contractor work. They install the ""return"" unprofessionly.
I will put negative or zero star if i can .

Shannon was EXCELLENT! He called to find out if he could come earlier than scheduled which worked out well for me. When he arrived he was pleasant and asked if I would like him to wear protective booties to cover his shoes.
After attentively listening to me he explained everything I needed to know about his services and the costs involved. He did not try to pressure me into any services and was honest, clear and straight forward in his interaction with me.
I recommend Shannon and company highly and with enthusiasm.

GREAT experience dealing with this company field rep, installation crew, and office staff. I compared 5 other companies, and Environmental Heating was by far the best deal for the quality. Highly recommend!

Today, Mr. John Ehlers, Environmental Heating & A/C, provided excellent customer service regarding our newly installed Lennox HVAC system. Environmental Heating & Air Condition promptly sent Mr. Ehlers to our home to teach my wife and I how to program our Lennox smart thermostat. Thanks to John's patience and friendly attitude we are happy that Costco chose Environmental Heating & A/C to install and service our HVAC. I recommend Evironmental Heating & A/C as a Five Star company!

Two and a half weeks later and 3+ techs have come out and I still have a system that is partially broken. Turns out that even though EHAS advertises emergency services, they don't really have on-calls on Sundays, that's the reason why they didn't come out. After many calls and frustration, I decided to troubleshoot, I ended up cutting power to both the condenser and furnace/blower and that brought it back up. When the tech came out two days later after it initially went out he said there is nothing they can do unless the problem is there, but they can't be here when the problem is there, so it's a lose lose situation for the consumer. This weekend on 7/16 my system went down again, on a Sunday during 113 degree weather. I had to restart it again because they couldn't come out. Whereas the system came back up, the thermostat upstairs got all screwed up. Temperatures are not correctly reading. There is also little or no air blowing on my upstairs zone. Another tech came out and said it was a configuration issue (which maybe the thermostat was but not the air flow). He changed some zoning configuration and for the air flow increased the CFM, and of course it made a bit of a difference. I asked the tech two questions:
1. Do you think this is an issue with a damper not working correctly?
2. Would the system tell you if it was a damper issue?
To both he said no, he was pretty sure it was a configuration issue and didn't bother to check the attic unit/dampers. Well, they left the system turned off, and when it came back on, again no airflow upstairs. In my frustration I decided to troubleshoot it myself, again. I went upstairs, and sure enough the damper is either not opening or gets stuck between 20% and 30%. The tech recommended tapping on the damper, which helped open up the damper, but when it closes and opens back up it gets stuck again. This was Monday 7/17. Here we are on Thursday 7/20 and after multiple calls and promises that we are in their schedule as ""high priority"" no one has come out nor are we receiving any type of ETA. We're expecting another heat wave 100+ degrees starting tomorrow, and we're still with a NEW system that's not working.

Excellent service. Kevin R, Jacob, and Arturo installed a new HVAC system at my home. Their service is professional, also providing clear and thorough explanation on everything we need to know about the new system. Really good experience.

It's with pleasure I share a 5 Star review today. Alexa, from EHS, just completed a routine maintenance call on our HVAC system. Though all techs having performed maintenance calls since equipment installation have appeared to be experienced, efficient and knowledgeable, Alexa was outstanding at all of the above, and coupled with great customer satisfaction skills, there was no doubt she was in tune to each and every detail, and committed to following maintenance protocol to its finest.
Alexa is a superb representative of EHS, and I hope she's available to schedule and perform our calls in the future.
Thank you EHS & Alexa!!

About a year and a half ago, I contracted EHAS to replace my gas furnace and air conditioner through Costco. The installation went, okay, except that they removed and destroyed my Honeywell Electrostatic Air cleaner, and the first air conditioner unit they installed failed immediately.
A couple of month later, they call me to join their service club, which would cover 4 inspections a year to keep the warranty in force. I joined and a couple of weeks later a technician came out to do the first inspection, about a year after installation.
At the end of the inspection, he het me with a $2,500 estimate for repairs! He said that a fan inside had dust on it and would have to be removed an cleaned with a $2500 cost. He also tried to upsell me a new filtration system that the installers previously said there was no room to install, or I would have bought it then to replace the Honeywell.
He claimed I didn't change the filters enough. My wife has respiratory issues, and insists that I change the filters regularly. I installed five filters in the year. He claimed that the filter he just changed was clogged and had deformed to let unfiltered air through. The filter holder they installed prevents any deflection or deformation of the filter, which was not clogged in my estimation. It was only 6 weeks old.
I wrote a complaint letter to the general manager, but he ghosted me.
I complained to Costco. In less than a day, someone from Costco got back to me, and got someone from EVAH to call me.
That call did not go well. The customer service rep right off the bat said that the $2500 quote was in error. The real cost would be $1,250.
That was still way too much to pay to have a fan cleaned on a year-old furnace which had its filter changed frequently, and I said so. The customer service representative again accused me of not changing the filter often enough, which I denied, and told him of my filter changing regimen. He again accused me of lying about changing the filter.
We went back and forth uselessly and repetitively for a while, when I stated my bottom line: the repair needed to be done free-of-charge.
After a bit more go-round, he agreed. Okay, then. We're done.
But they've never come out to fix the problem they claim is going to void my warranty if unfixed.
So, time goes by. I'm waiting for them to come out for my summer inspection, as our maintenance contract requires and I have pre-paid for.
Crickets. So I called them today to find out what's up. The customer service person, a different one, says she can't figure out why they haven't called me to set one up by now, but they're booked until late July.
The furnace and air conditioning equipment they installed works great. I went with the really high efficiency model, which was an upgrade from what they suggested we install.
But they're customer service sucks, and their business practice is suspicious.
