Today I had my annual heating inspection. Jon Cardiasmenos was great. He talks meaningfully about what he was planning on doing and then what he did, with pictures to show. I feel confident that my relatively new Lennox system (installed by Environmental Heating, via Costco) is in good hands.
Environmental now has an office in Benicia, closer to me, in addition to their original Roseville office. Perhaps Jon will be returning for my annual A/C check up.

Freddy was a great tech. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He checked our Lennox system and helped us diagnosed possible causes of the room being not heated so well and recommended a way to fix it at relatively cheaper cost for us. He also pointed out some potential overheating hazards in our attic. I will definitely recommend Freddy for any AC or heating problems.

I cannot tell you how terrible of an experience we had. The first time that our AC broke it was during a heatwave. We called multiple times only to get routed to a answering service. When we left a message we did not get any response back for 4 days. It took constant calling to finally get routed to the main office. Finally, when we got rid of to the main office we were able to get an appointment. The technician came out, looked at our unit and said nothing was wrong and restarted the system. A few days later the AC went out again and we had to go through the exact same process. Calling multiple times and only getting the answering service instead of the actual office. They came out and still could not find anything wrong with the unit. I can't stress enough how terrible this was. I highly recommend going with somebody else for your heating and cooling needs.

I was connected to this company through Costco's Lennox heat pump program. I made an appointment several weeks in advance. I received several text messages from the company leading up to the appointment. I confirmed with the company that I still wanted the appointment in response to their texts, including one the day before.

I took off time from work and arranged my schedule around their in home visit. Then 30 min before my visit they called me to tell me they were refusing to come to my house. This was completely unprofessional.

We spent 30k less than a year ago on a new Lennox Air Conditioner. we also signed up for their month maintenance plan that supposedly gives us priority service . The Circuit breaker continually pops and we have placed several calls in to them for repair. We initially were told someone would get back to us and now our calls for service are just ghosted. Good at selling , terrible for service.

We went thru Costco for the replacement of our current heating/ac unit, and used this company. Kevin came out initially to check out the current system and the duct works, sat down and explained to me about the system they offered. They sent me the quote via email. Paula called a week later and followed up with us. With the Costco discount and rebates, this was the most affordable price. The came to install and take away the old unit. Everything was fine in one day, and came the next day to upgrade the power panel. It passed all inspections, we highly recommend them!

We recently replaced our HVAC with a Lennox heat pump, furnace and AC system. We contracted EHAS through Costco. Every step from sales to installation to follow-up service was professionally handled by Kevin (sales), Kevin V and crew (install) and Jon (follow-up). The system ran quietly and smoothly from the start, but some follow-up was needed to fix an error code that showed up on the thermostat. Jon came out first thing on Monday morning and quickly fixed the issue. Having the error code wasn't ideal, but having it fixed quickly and efficiently earned EHAS our five-star rating.
