Beware of this business. I was charged a non-disclosed missed appointment fee of $127.00 because I had a seizure about the time he supposedly knocked on the door. I called and explained to the extremely hateful lady what had happened and all she could say was well you didn't come to the door and we have pics of your car in the driveway, blah blah.. It was a neighbor kids car in the side driveway that they had ""pics"" of for that matter it doesn't make a difference. When they did come back he said there were no leaks only streaks where it had leaked but he missed the mold growing all along the side of the wall. Thanks for nothing guys. I didn't hire them to begin with it was EverNest. Seriously wonder about the legitimacy of this business.

Not only are they good workers, they are good people. They put plastic down from my front door to my bathroom and around my vanity and walls to ensure that their mess stayed confined, but best of all... they cleaned up the mess they made... I wish my kids could work with them for a while. Their price was fair and they answered all my questions in the process. I highly recommend them!

I had some under sink work that needed to be done to get a new dishwasher installed. I'm new to the area, but ECS was recommended to us by a friend. Jason came out and did a wonderful job. Professional, polite and reasonable rates. I'm sure I'll be calling them again the next time I have a plumbing project or any issues that need attention.

The landlords called this plumbing service out and I am so glad. Julie, the dispatcher called to schedule an appointment; she is very professional and most of all flexible - very easy to understand AND she was pleasant. She sent out Eric who exudes charisma plus knows his way around plumbing. Very patient with my questions and replaced the old fixture as promised; no problems since. Don't know how much it costs because the bill went to the landlords. It was definitely a good experience because this man knows what he is doing.

ECS, and Eric and Julie in particular are incredible to work with. As a property manager of a large portfolio of single family homes, I know with certainty that anytime I send a work order over to them my tenants and my properties will be taken care of. I never doubt that they will contact tenants quickly and get problems resolved in a timely fashion. They communicate everything to me and any questions that I arise they always answer. Thank you for everything that you do!

I had a new Water heater put in in 2013. It just went out in 3+ years and had to be replaced again. The ""Warranty"" took care of the unit itself, but I still had to pay $475.00 in labor to this company.
This seems like a nice deal for the company but not me!
