Same experience as the other 2. All Invoices Invoices unpaid for over 6 months. No one answers the phone or responds to email. Will take them and their clients to court. I don't care if they claim that their clients aren't liable. Let them make that argument in court.

We are vendors and have completed a $24,836.53 huge job for this company in 04/2024.We have a total balance with delinquent pass due invoices since 10/2023 of $25,354.37 from them. We have tried to contact Scottye Davis, Geoff Merritt Jackie , April, Kristie Boyce, Carmen Filipe, Accounts payable, L'Occitane Jamallie (director) who was able to give a tiny bit of information stating they did pay ENVIRO USA and that L'Occitane isn't responsible to pay us and advised that our company isn't allowed to contact them pertaining to any outstanding unpaid. We requested her to share the email hat they paid ENVIRO USA and email showing they demand we don't contact the director anymore. Since then, she stop helping us. We have a signed contract of the install date and payment agreement from Scottye Davis. If they are having financial issues, why do they continue requesting work?This company was so attentive when they needed that AC unit installed and then once we completed our part as agreed on the SIGNED CONTRACT, In the state of California Penal Code 532 PC - False pretenses; obtaining money, labor or property; punishment; evidence necessary to support conviction.

Unfortunately I'm a vender for this company. I've left many emails and talked to many people in the office. I have left Jason Ladd and Scotty voicemails and emails trying to resolve this issue. They do not pay there contractors my job was completed in June of 2022 and have not yet received payment. I can only image how they treat any business that hires them!
