Company Overview

We focus on soil evaluations and septic system setups, whether brand new or replacement, commercial or residential. In addition, we handle all design work and complete the required documentation for owners to get the required permits and site approvals for their projects. Our plumbing work is also a significant part of our services, but it primarily focuses on small commercial and home projects. At present, we are testing the development of mini hydronic systems that can effectively clear ice and snow from walkways, roof edges, and gutters.

My partner, Clarence has been involved in this industry with his dad in their family trade since he was young. In the early 80s, we chose to establish our own business and concentrated more on septic installation. Between 1989 and 1993, Clarence served as the Zoning Administrator for Rusk County, WI, where his role included evaluating septic systems and issuing permits for their installation. When that position concluded, we launched our existing business. As time has passed, there have been numerous changes in what is necessary by the state and counties to secure permits for the installation of septic systems. My experience has afforded me an advantage in comprehending what is needed to finish the task efficiently and in alignment with all relevant authorities.

We are a small business that is completely operated by my wife and I. As necessary, we outsource work such as earthmoving and/or removal with reputable contractors. Our goal is to partner with our clients to ensure their full satisfaction.
