I was very disappointed with Enviro. I 1st had a handyman run a 100 foot snake on a second floor backed up shower. He was not able to clear it, so I called Enviro and told them it was most likely a main line problem and needed at least a 100 foot snake. They sent a guy with a 50 foot snake. He couldn't fix it, so he called a 2nd guy who also couldn't fix it. They left dirty footprints and finger prints all over floors and walls and caused even more alarming water level backup in the shower. I hired another plumber the following day. He cleared it in 10 minutes, but before he started he pointed out the footprints and finger prints and said ""I just want you to know I didn't do this."" I called Enviro twice to request a return on the deposit I paid and have had no return call after a week.

If Predatory pricing is for you-so is Enviro Plumbing! I was 1 day out of Heart Surgery, & lost the H2O Heater. I was charged $2065.00 to replace a 40 Gallon Tank in an outside Water closet...easy access. I did try to get an explanation, & Itemized account, to no avail.

I've used Enviro Plumbing twice. I could say the owner is kind, professional. The tankless water heater in my home wasn't working and needed parts. There are other plumbers that would give you promises and wouldn't have the required tools or parts to do the job. I called Danny and he assured me they have all the parts and sure enough they did when the technicians arrived. However, I cannot say the same about the technician Manny as he was inattentive, unprofessional, and would try upsell services that was not needed.
I called Enviro again couple months ago for a leak issue under the kitchen sink and the experience was awful. The first technician didn't know anything and couldn't find the leak to fix it so they sent Manny, and the same thing all over again trying to upsell and repair a leak which I ended up doing it myself by replacing the faucet. Will never call them again.
I had called and left a VM for Danny to talk about the lack of service and professionalism, but did not ever hear from him.

I called every plumber in town and no one was there . Then I reached out to Enviro Plumbing and these guys were quick , efficient , and replaced my flusher immediately today. 100% trust in them.

Working with Enviro plumbing has been pure magic! Daniel the owner is a New Zealander with a great sense of humour. He is thorough and detail oriented. Due to his keen eye, he managed to prevent me from making a huge mistake with the electrical that needed to happen prior to his installation of a Toto washlet toilet. If we hadn't listened to him, the lights would have dimmed every time I used the toilet! Today, Manny and José did a flawless installation. They were friendly, meticulous and super tidy wearing booties in the house and explained to me what they were doing as the job progressed. They made sure to clean up after they were done and literally got down on their knees and washed every inch of the bathroom floor! The whole experience was flawless. This was a night and day experience compared to other plumbers I've worked with. Thank you so much! Susan

My building has been using Daniel and Enviro Plumbing for many years. They can handle the most basic plumbing issue as well as major projects such as water heater replacement. When I first purchased and renovated my condo, one of the 40+ year old pipes in the bathroom burst and caused some damage to my new kitchen. I called Enviro as I was told by long time owners that they were the preferred vendor, and know I understand why. They are professional, responsive, and you can trust their work. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Very, very disappointing services provided. Well informed in advance about job requirements and sent 2 technicians untrained for installation of Toto high-end appliance. Of course, asked in advance for prepayment which will be applied against? job! Prepayment was returned.

I had a clogged drain in the kitchen sink so I called Enviro. Their answering service was able to schedule me for a time and date that was convenient for me. They showed up promptly (even a little early!), solved the problem, and even answered a few other questions I had. And before he left, he wiped down my kitchen floor - just to make sure he didn't leave a mess. I've used them before and always been pleased with the service and the pricing is very fair. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
