I can highly recommend this company! Our toilets were blocked and it was really a terribly bad situation. I called Enviro Plumbing and Daniel, the owner, picked up right away. He quoted me a good price for two technicians per hour on the phone, which was lower than the prices of any competitor. When I asked him if there were any additional or hidden charges he reassured that the quoted price included everything. Within two hours a two-person team came out and worked very hard. They snaked from the cleanout by the bathroom, showers and toilets all the way to the main drain, and also checked the main drain that connects to the sewage line. They also did a great job cleaning up the mess. And Daniel charged me exactly the price he had quoted on the phone.

This was especially pleasant as I had contacted one of their competitors before, a larger, well established company. Those people quoted one price on the phone and on site they came up with huge additional charges (for 2 men, staircase, length of distance from street to bathroom, extra equipment, etc.. ). Not so Enviro Plumbing. They are communicative, honest, and don't try to trick or upsell you. Overall a great experience in a difficult situation. They have gained me a customer who will rely on them in the future.

I am finally writing this review after using Daniel's team and services for a couple of years now. Daniel and Angel are actually working on our house as I type.

I cannot stress enough how great Daniel is. He is highly responsive to all calls, often answering almost every time you call, and takes his time to hear what your needs are. Many times Daniel arrives with his team to talk with you further about the issues before handing it over to his staff, all of which are nice and competent in the plumbing work they do. Daniel has extensive knowledge about plumbing, but even shared some info with me about some of the history of SM's water, why we have certain piping and about the possibility of getting a rebate from the City (finger's crossed!).

What really set's Daniel apart from other plumbers is his willingness to tell you exactly what is going on, exactly what is needed, and what the price is going to be - before any work is done. I appreciate that he takes the time to tell me exactly what is wrong or needs fixing and how he's going to do it. Today I had the opportunity to hear him working and training his team member, and he is amazingly kind, patient and really a great teacher. It is evident in his work with his team that he cares, that he wants them to do good work and wants them to take pride in the work they do. I think that's pretty amazing to witness! Daniel is a really nice, stand up guy that oozes honesty and quality work.

We have had Enviro Plumbing replace our hot water heater, replace a bathroom stopper, flush our shower and replace a dripping pressure valve. I won't call anyone else across the West Side!

Working on a garage makeover in Santa Monica, we inadvertently hit a water line and sprung a leak. After getting the water shut off, I went searching on Yelp for a local plumber. After the 3rd call, I finally found a company that answered their phone. Daniel was very responsive and said he could have someone there within 2 hours. They actually were there within 1 hour and quickly took care of the repair at a very fair price. A great experience for using them for the 1st time.

UNBELIEVABLE!!! Daniel quoted me a really fair price on a clogged drain that turned out to be much much more work than anticipated. I had a mass of roots growing into the pipes. It took two men a couple of hours to clean and fix the problem. It was obviously going to cost much more than originally quoted, BUT Daniel was so kind by keeping the price the same--$100--what a blessing! I cannot tell you how relieved I am to have a reliable, clean and honest plumber with Daniel and his crew, Jose and Pepe, at Enviro Plumbing. I have been hiring him for a few years now, and I must recommend him to everyone in this area. Fast, friendly and fair. Wish I could give more stars!

Enviro Plumbing from start to finish was a five-star job. I initially called a few days before Christmas when seemingly every plumber in LA was busy. Daniel, the owner, was able to get a member of his team to my house within an hour or so of my call. The plumber, Pepe, also delivered great service. He was very thorough, courteous, got a very difficult job fixed and cleaned up after all was said and done. Really good, honest guys and a great experience!

very rude person that answers their phone with Australian accent!!! i just called to get a quote and i was told it could be anything but to get a quote i have to pay $125 per hour! Funny! but what a rude guy!

I don't normally write reviews. In fact this company compelled me to finally sign up and write one. I always use yelp, and found this company from the reviews already posted. And for good reason.

I called because of a couple issues dealing with my apartment's bathroom (where I rent). Issues with the sink, shower head, and toilet. Jose came out the next day. Jose was great about investigating where the problem was coming from... talking me through it... and exhausting every possibility and not just knocking down walls to figure it out (even though that would have been a logical next step in my situation). Instead he found out it was a simple issue and fixed it. Nice, quick, helpful. And he also gave some tips after noticing our water heater didn't have the proper safety precautions in place.

Later on that same day, I noticed that one of the issues was still happening with our toilet. I called the next morning and Daniel, who I presume is the owner, came by two hours later, made the final adjustments needed and got it fixed. Everything was explained. Extremely nice guy and also cool just talking with him while he fixed it. Awesome service on every level. This is a great company that seems completely focused on doing everything the way it should be done... on every level.

Just stop your searching and use these guys.
