We had a plumbing stoppage in our 6 unit townhouse. My unit is the last unit and it always affects us first before other units. Placed a call and was fortunate that they were able to come right over within the hour. After diagnosing the problem gave me an estimate, and if it was the mainline then it would be the HOA's cost. As it turned out it was. Both of the plumbers Austin and Jesus did an excellent job and worked very hard on the clean up.

Enviro is our go to Plumbing company.

We needed plumbing in the kitchen for a clogged pipe. Pepe the tech arrived right on time and got to work to fix the problem. He was professional and a hard worker, who did not stop until he was sure the issue was resolved. Also, everything was left nice and clean at the end.

From unclogging my drains ( which you should see the roots they pull out) to fixing old pipes and broken pipes to working on all my plumbing problems at home & my own Business, I can always count on them. They talk to you along the way so you know what's up and no surprises. They have a great, friendly, very polite crew.

A little pricey but first-rate. Professional and did a great job. They fixed a leak another plumbing company couldn't handle. The other company cut the wall in the wrong place, swore a lot about how ""ridiculous"" the job was, then bailed. These guys came in and efficiently isolated and fixed the problem. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very rude. I enquired on the estimated time taken to clear a choked main pipe and the reply was - ""if u have heart issues, would the cardiac doctor know??""

Since they charge by the hour and im a layman with zero knowledge of plumbing matters, that sort of reply is unnecessary and as a customer, i do need to estimate cost required to fix the situation.

You shouldn't have to pay for an estimate to simply install a new toilet. I was able to get a quote else where and not be tricked into using their services.
IMO you should have some idea of how much to install a toilet. Anyways
I had 3 Toto toilets installed by a company that gave me a reasonable quote over the phone.

Although I was appreciative that Daniel and his crew were able to help me in an emergency nothing else about my experience was good. Even though they were more costly than other bids I went with them based upon a recommendation and their commitment to clean plumbing. They did the work quickly however they failed to communicate clearly many parts of the work they were doing. Cheap faucets that were ugly were installed, never shown to me prior to installing and my original handles/hardware were removed from my home without asking me. In addition the shower was left non functioning. When I called to tell them of this I was given a long condescending lecture on how I was wrong and that is how the shower was before etc. When I insisted they reinspect it they found that something had gotten stuck in the pipes causing the problem with water flow. No apology given simply a mild acknowledgement that his employees should have checked it further. 1.5 yrs have passed since the work and already there is a problem with the shower pipes and valves they replaced. I called to ask them to come out to see what might be the problem and was told there is only a 1 yr warranty and that they would have to charge me to come out to look at it. I understand that they would need to charge me if the problem was not related to the initial issue, however to charge me to follow up on their relatively recent work seems wrong. I am sure the issue is related, I cannot believe that work should only last 1.5 yrs before trouble. I will certainly go woth another plumber at this point and do whatever I can to let everyone know to avoid using Enviro Plumbing for any work.
