OF COURSE my toilet had to spring a leak the Friday before Thanksgiving, I'm not sure what Gods rule toilets but the timing is always specially punishing. I called Enterprise on a Saturday, Jack gave me some very helpful tips to figure out if the thing was just sweating or if it needed new wax rings, which it did.

I really appreciate that this company doesn't push for pricey out calls on weekends, and after describing what went on, I had an appointment for Tuesday and instructions on what to do in the meantime. Once both Jack and Alfred came, they took care of replacing the wax rings - which meant removing the bowl completely with no muss and no fuss. They checked it over while explaining the work to me, and left the area repaired, freshly sealed and clean - all in less than an hour. Pricing was super reasonable too, I'll definitely be using them again in the future as well as recommending them.

IMPORTANT: I live in a building that uses the OTHER plumbers also named Enterprise (the one with I&J on their name), and had this been a building issue I would've had been forced to use those guys, which I didn't want to given the poor reviews. Keep this in mind when reading the reviews as I noticed some people attributed issues to this company incorrectly.

I called Jack when one of my tenants suspected having a slab leak in the house. He was responsive and very knowledgable about what was going on. They came out within a couple of hours although it's Covid. When they arrived they walked us through the entire process and gave us the best recommendation. They went ahead and did a reroute which definitely solved the problem & brought everything back to new. It took less time than they estimated & kept us updated throughout everything. They really felt us feel comfortable with the whole thing just by the way they handled the situation & their customer. Thanks Jack & everyone at Enterprise Pluming!

This plumbing company is a joke. They don't show up to their appointments. You will likely have to take an entire day off of work just waiting for their 4 hour appointment window only for them not to show up. When you call them to express your frustration about why they don't keep their appointments, they add insult to injury with their extremely bad attitude.

Jack and Alfred are the best!! They did exactly what they said they would do, were always on time, extremely courteous, fast, efficient and did the job correctly after someone else had made a mess of things. Would highly recommend them.

If you need to replace an entire old sewer system, this is the place to call on ! Jack and his crew did all that possibly could be done to make a very stressful situation easier:

They beat other's prices
They did all that was promised
The completed all the demanding work in a day and a half, when others quoted us 5 - 7 days.
They kept lack of access to bathrooms to an absolute minimum of time
They covered and protected floors and all personal belongings
They did not try to sell us work that was not really needed
They brought plenty of experienced workers and communicated well with them and with us
They used the newest and best professional equipment
They did a thorough and timely clean up when finished
They accepted credit card payment, when others would not.

I would most definitely recommend them for any major work you might need !

They don't even deserve one star. The plumber was rude and when I finally asked him to leave he wouldn't leave. He was tall and mean and I had to start screaming and threaten to call the police before he left the house. Never again.

William and his assistant were sent out due to a back up to our kitchen and bathroom sinks. They took care of it. They did a great job. They know what they are doing. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Phil came to my apartment for emergency service after I came home to a bathroom filled with sewage due to a blocked pipe. Not only did he arrive quickly and work diligently to solve a difficult problem, but he came back again at 10 PM the same day (from another job across town) when another issue arose. Not only did he do a phenomenal job, but he's also a great guy who went far beyond what I would expect from him. These guys are fantastic. I wound up phoning them to replace my water heater once it moved out and they did great work. The installation was timely and clean. Two months later that the water heater ended up using a flaw in the producer, not their fault an anyhow, and they could dictate the part under warranty and make it right. Highly recommended.

Called these guys for a leaky toilet and they squeezed me in the very next morning with a very reasonable estimate. Arman was on time, polite, and very professional. He explained the problem to me, checked to make sure the quote was ok with me before starting, and finished the job quickly. He also pointed out another issue with the toilet, and when I asked if that was something I could DIY myself, he just went ahead and did it for me on the house. Can't believe I accidentally called up the nicest plumbers in the world!!
