Called on 11-10-16 and he said he would be here in the PM
Did not show, call or text back in response to numerous texts.
Texted him in the evening of 11-10-16 and asked him to come in the AM of 11-11-16
On the AM of 11-11-16 did not show or contact us.
On 11-12-16 at 10:30 am called and the person who answered said he would have someone come out within 2 hours
At 1:00 (after 2 1/2 hours) no one showed up or called. I left text message but rec'd no reponse
At 1:30 (after 3 hours) we phoned and no one answered, we let a voice message
At 2:00, still no contact.
Twice he promised that he was coming and then not only didn't show up but didn't answer requested for what happened.

I highly recommend this company if you are thinking of re-piping your home with copper pipes. They just finished my house, and they did a great job. I chose these guys over the other 3 companies who came here to give me a bid. This company's bid was MUCH lower. Another factor was that all the employees are family members, so you get a crew that always works together. They sent 5 guys to my house and finished the job in one day. The second day they came back and patched one wall. I only had my water off for about 6 hours, and when they finished it looked good and the water pressure was much better. Don't get fooled by the big name companies. Save lots of money and get the same (if not better) result.

Salomon Enriquez of Enriquez Plumbing is an absolute life saver.

I had just come back from my vacation from Arizona and the first thing I see is my upstairs bathroom totally flooded. There was a huge water bubble in the ceiling! I was the only one home and my parents were still driving back from our vacation so you could imagine how much I was freaking out! Thankfully my neighbor was home and he recommended I call Enriquez Plumbing right away. They had just fixed a leak in their house so he had the number handy.

I called Salomon, explained the situation, and he was at my house in 30 minutes tops! How amazing! It is rare that you can find a quality plumber on such short notice. He found the issue right away and within an hour the leaking pipe was fixed! He had all of the tools on hand and ready to go so it didn't take much time at all.

I am so grateful that Salomon was available to help. He is timely, personable, and absolutely knows what he is doing. I would definitely recommend him and Enriquez Plumbing all together for anyone in San Jose.

The main water supply shutoff valve for my house was broken and in need of replacement. I searched Yelp for plumbers in the Evergreen area, and Enriquez Plumbing stood out because of the high ratings and good reviews. I called and left a message requesting an estimate. Within minutes, Salomon called me back and said that he could be at my house right away. Once he arrived, he was able to quickly assess the work and give me an estimate, which was extremely reasonable for the work that needed to be done. I eventually decided to go with Enriquez Plumbing and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Salomon arrived promptly as scheduled and in very short time I had a new shutoff value and pressure regulator. I could breathe easy and not worry about the valve failing in the near future.

The very fair price, quick responsiveness, and great customer service have definitely earned Enriquez Plumbing and Salomon five stars in my book. I highly recommend Enriquez Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.
