Answered the phone at 4am for an emergency and quickly had someone ready by 8am. They could've come out at 4, but he assured me I'll save the most money if I wait till normal hours. Not only did he save me money, but the final price was exactly what he quoted! They came in at 8 AM, my wife went to a gas station to use the bathroom because we don't have working plumbing due to a clogged septic tank, and they had the problem fixed before she even went to the bathroom at the gas station! I cannot say enough good things about this company, how fast they worked, and how straightforward and honest their employees are.

The plumbers (2) came unexpectedly early in the morning. I never got a call. After many attempts to locate the plumbing stoppage they told me they were going to remove the toilet to fix the clog. I remarked on the many times I had done that task. I was NOT told it would cost extra for that. NOT. My service charge was supposed to be $65. I was charged $135 just to remove the toilet and reset it without replacing the wax ring. I could have done that to avoid that charge BUT was never offered that choice. They left a mess in my lawn and left the shower water running and forgot to turn it off.
