Joe S.3rd time out to make repair on the same part. The plumbers decided to just walk in my house without anyone telling them to or with authority. Half ass work to make sure they get repeat business. Stay away!!!!!! Overpriced for an arrogant owner. Hopefully, he loses business. Who walks into people's houses without the homeowners' knowledge? It's the owners arrogant attitude, plus he doesn't have to fix his repair that he couldn't fix 3xs. There are plenty of fair, priced, and honest plumbers in the area.
Daria A.Our Well pump went a few years back and England's plumbing saved the day and saved us money. Replace our well pump and we were back in business. Started with a competitor and realized they were a scam. Glad we made the right decision! Fast forward to 2022/23.
Hot water heater was not producing hot water and the water was very brown. Found out we had very hard water. England's plumbing install a nice water softening system and filter. We are very happy with results. England's offered a follow up and plan for yearly maintenance. Would recommend this business any day.

I had an emergency water heater issue one evening, I called England's at 8:00am the next morning. Charles and company arrived around 12ish with new water heater as discussed. Drop cloths laid out in finished basement, excellent job!

I had gas service brought to my home. Prior to getting the meter, the company required 2 things which I wrote down and contacted a plumber for installation of ""a minimum 1 inch steel fuel line through the wall of the home, and a 3-5 lb air test with gauge attached."" Thats exactly what I asked Charles England to provide. He assured me that he does this all the time and also ""knows all those guys"" that put the meters in. I didn't know why that mattered then but ok. This cost me $1000. When he finished I called to have the meter company come to install. They came and lo and behold, there's no gauge attached so they can't do it. I call Charles, he tells me he already tested it himself. The meter company says that's not good enough, we need to see it, ""and he knows it."" He wanted the technicians number so he could convince him it was fine. This is why he claimed he ""knew all these guys."" So he could weasel out a partial job. It was not fine, the company obviously has rules. I scheduled with him and the meter company to come back out the next week. The meter company came for the second time, but of course Charles did not show up, and no call. I contact him again. Reschedule again. The day before I tried to confirm he will be there. His text back is ""no."" Then ""So Monday."" That's it, 3 words the evening before the appointment. I reschedule with the meter company yet AGAIN, for Monday as demanded, apologizing profusely. Charles meanwhile...not one apology. Come Monday, never hear from him and never heard from him again. I had to pay someone else to finish the job. This guy is a piece of work. Not only do you drag me, 6 months pregnant, to the property multiple times (I don't live there), but you're making me bring other technicians there over and over with no intention of showing up. This man owes me a refund.
James S.I woke up early on a Saturday morning and discovered that my well pump died. I called England's Plumbing & Heating at 6:45 AM and by 8:15 he was at the front door. He diagnosed the problem immediately and had his crew there with within the hour. By 11:30 they were all done and we had water again. Please note I was a new customer and he took care of us right away. All of the guys were professional and polite.
