He literally told the younger guy at the counter (who was trying to help) to stop helping me because, quote: ""they didn't have the part he is looking for and we have more important customers to help"". I agree with all of the others, this place is the bomb! These guys are extremely knowledgeable and always very friendly. If you have plumbing needs, skip Home Depot and go see these guys. You won't regret it.

The only place to go for plumbing parts and advice. These guys know everything! They rebuilt all my outdoor faucets for me on the spot, and charged me for a few tiny washers. They have always had what I needed, whether it was a plumbing part or advice on how to do a plumbing job myself. England is a Salt Lake tradition, and it's great to see them still going strong.

Have used these guys with excellent success for many years now, i'm no plumber but I am handy, these guys always go out of their way to make it easy. Today I called at 4:45 for a washer, (that he confirmed they had by letting me send a photo to his personal cell phone), seems I was not going to make it... But.... He was going to be there a bit later and opened the dark store for me a half hour later, all for my .43 washer.
They will get my business as long as I fix and they sell.

This place is the best! Reminds of the Ace Hardwares back when I was a kid that used to have every little thing you'd ever need. I'd picture the pieces I need in my head and Home Depot doesn't have it... So, I'd try this place and they have it or some variation that works! Not only that, the guys are so knowledgeable that they give you better and cheaper ideas and options!
