Team arrived on schedule and got started on the job. It was a tough job - they had to go into the attic and do some work, but they got it all done in short order. Contacted them for inspection of electrical problem. Lights were flickering and certain appliances were not using full power. Slava explained the problem which was actually Edison's wire coming into the house causing the issue. He suggested I call Edison ASAP instead of pretending to fix the issue and charging me. I would recommend them and use them again if needed. They came at time of appointment and did their inspection thoroughly. They were courteous and mindful, asking if shoes were ok inside the house.

Electrical outlets in several areas of my house/garage stopped working, including our TV, computer, and most importantly, our water heater. We couldn't take a shower since the water was so cold in the winter, so we wanted this fixed ASAP. I sent a few companies a message around 10pm on a weeknight, and Energy & Partners responded within 10 minutes and quickly set up an appointment for 7:30am the next morning.

Slava and Igor arrived promptly (actually got here early!) and diagnosed the issue: one of our outdoor outlets had gotten wet in the rain, and the other outlets that were hooked to it also were damaged. They quickly fixed the issue, and our electricity was fully restored in a couple hours. They were polite, professional, speedy, and successful -- thanks to their quick turnaround time, we can shower again!

Also, the paint around one of my indoor outlets got scuffed/chipped during the repair, but they also touched it up using some extra paint I had at home as well. They also removed their shoes at the entrance to our house so that they didn't get any dirt inside. I am appreciative that they took care of our house and didn't leave a mess or any damages.

I had a toilet with a leaky angle valve, so I had them replace it for me. I like the new part they put in and it seems to work. They were efficient and friendly so I'd say I'm satisfied! Also they took their shoes off before coming inside which gets huge bonus points from me :)

Slava and his partner did an outstanding job today in fixing our faucet cartridge. They were punctual, kind, and did the job really well without charging us an absurd amount for the job. My husband and I've been looking for an honest and good plumber in the west Los Angeles area and we're so thankful we finally found one!
