My previous message was in the beginning of May, and now in August 2025. It was regarding steam boiler system installation by Endless Energy for me in Brookline, MA. After bad experience with Endless Energy, I advised anyone not to deal with that company, because they do not care if the system they installed works properly or not. And they do not care of good name of their company. Especially after the money was paid. They could promise anything, but never do. In addition to my previous review, I want to add that since May 2025 I contacted Endless Energy many times. They promised to come and fix the problem, we made appointments 4 times, but they never came. I warn you especially if the name of the responsible person is Alex. They have Alex the plumber, and Alex the manager -- don't deal with either of them as they will cheat on you, as that happened to me. The problem in my system still persists. I will probably need to hire someone else to fix it.

Eydin came to service our 10-year-old mini-split which would not heat or cool. Initially it appeared to have a leak but after several pressure tests, he could not locate one. The system held pressure so the problem did not appear to be a leak. We agreed a service call was needed to clean the unit and then determine if it would then work. Eydin worked hard to discover the problem and gave us clear information about quotes and possible next steps.

I have never had such an awful experience with any company ever than endless energy. They are irresponsible, do not care about you or your home, make mistakes and don't care, do not communicate, and they are cruel, they will not return phone calls and they will call you names. After they have your money and install, thete really is no incentive for them to care. I regret every day that I chose them, I regret ever changing from oil. So much money spent for nothing but tears and despair. Please, I beg of you, save yourself the heartache I've been through and go somewhere else. (If the respond here to call them, that's a lie, they dont mean it)

please do not do business with endless energy- problem after problem. They send some one out, they look and say "" someone will be in touch with you to fix it""
that was the summer - now attempted to turn heat on - making loud noise and no heat-- Im have to give this company 300 dollars for five years - worse customer service and quality

I received a call from Liza to confirm a online schedule 10/14/24 appt. I sent a message to confirm appt, I got a call back stating they could not find me on the schedule. What a way to do business. Wasted valuable time. So much for Endless Energy.

Do not use these people. I scheduled an air duct cleaning and they rescheduled me the day before. Not a huge deal but definitely an inconvenience. Then they didn't even show up on the rescheduled date. When I called to inquire, they told me it was my fault for not calling earlier. I have a transcription of the message they left me and it never said anything about me needing to call back to confirm. I took the day off of work for nothing.

Endless Energy installed our mini split and we couldn't be happier! It was a fantastic experience start to finish. The installation team was extremely professional and knowledgeable l. I had many questions for the tech and he answered all of them with ease and gave a nice demonstration of all the features of the mini split. We have been so happy with the AC in the warm months and the heat in the cool months. The mini split is very quiet and easy to use. I would highly recommend Endless Energy for any HVAC needs!

Great company, great customer service, knowledgeable, helpful employees whose work ethic is top notch. They do a great job, communicate well and show up on time. The employees are polite, experienced and hard working and always clean up after. They made a stressful situation much easier and were very helpful with all the Mass Save requirements. Would recommend them in a heartbeat !!
