We had multi split heater/air conditioners installed last week and I can't say enough about Endless Energy.

Mike and Jimmy were our team and they were both professional, conscientious, polite, and a real pleasure to work with.

The leadership that Mike showed on this job was apparent that he will go far in the future.

I highly recommend Endless Energy.

Zach and Caleb did an excellent job installing a Ruud water heater for a reasonable price. I had received other proposals, but Endless Energy stands behind their products and offers good prices. The techs thoroughly explained the system and offered continued assistance as needed.

We requested an home energy assessment, it was fast, the person in charge was knowledgeable, very nice and helpful. However, once we moved forward with the insulation, the crew came and spend 4-5 hours working on it. Unfortunately, when I went to the 3rd floor where to work was performed, everything was moved around, looks like a mess and especially a thick layer of dust is present all over the room and furniture. We had to have a professional cleaner to come over to take care of it. We had our house painted, kitchen and bathroom remodeled and this is the first company that we hire and leave our house in such a poor state. I definitely do NOT recommend their services.

terrible company do not hire. Had a duct cleaning service performed and they claimed to have cleaned the whole system from the supply ducts. after cutting open the main duct in the basement come to find out there was about 2 inches of dust and dirt that wasn't cleaned. They refused to come back out and to finish the job properly and offered a $75 check as compensation. This company hasn't been the same since the new ownership. beware!!

Endless Energy is focused on their profit only at the expense of customers. We regret hiring them instead of other company who sent a professional salesperson who knew what he was talking about.
We thought Endless Energy had better price but we have much fewer units and don't have control for each bedroom. Instead of 6days, the whole work lasted two weeks and still left unfinished.
1 ) They used minimal number of 1 technician for HVAC which caused inevitable delays from 4 days to 8 days we were not informed each time from the manager but by the technician as they were leaving for the day.
2) They significantly lack communication. Tina, salesperson, multiple times mislead us. I addressed the problems by calling to the company but they did not responded at all. For the progress of the work, we had to chase the technician.
3) They almost completely lack site or project manager's presence on the job.
Two managers shows up but they failed to introduce themselves to homeowners completely or treat them as if subordinate, and one manager(Dave) refused to talk to the homeowner's request to talk. HVAC site manager had audacity to coaching the technician not to go over remote control with home owner saying (Don't go overboard, otherwise you would be stay here forever). He also failed to show us to see the finished work for which we found faults. He also did not reply to out text asking for missing work that are necessary.
6) They left it to the homeowner to ensure the finishing of the job after 630PM instead of the site manager checking it out and present to us. Open hall in the ceiling, dust in personal belong, Ripped shower curtain that was taken away from a tween bed, ding exposing the whole bed to the excessive dust.,
6) They had poor dust control and did not reimbursed for our expense.
They failed to cover work area from dust. As the homeowner, we had to find out which room whey would work next and rushed to cover with rolls of tapes, blue paint tapes, clear vinyl, and construction trash bags. Some with shower curtains.
Project manager Dave was arrogant and rude when he came to talk to electrical team since HVAC did not come. He did not make any eye contact with my husband within feet from him but asked, with no introduction of him, my husband to add 2 to 3 more rows of bricks on the ground for the condenser as if my husband was there as his assistant or subordinate. My husband painstakingly leveled the ground and laid bricks just to speed up the work. However, those bricks were taken off by the HVAC worker since they were not needed at all.
Dave also argued and denied any reimbursement for rolls of blue tapes, vinyl drop cloths and contractor trash bags, and shower curtain torn and thrown away by the worker and consequently contaminated beddings and personal belongings on the bed.
1. Electrical team-opened up ceiling larger that 10 x 15 inches and did not seal it at all. They did not used metal-sheathed cable like our existing cables and used a vinyl electrical cable instead which is susceptible to chewing by squirrel or other rodents which may gain access to attic.
3. Insulation team took my lamp from the attic and left trash in the attic floor and they cleaned truck on my curve side and left trashes. They failed to install door sweeps and weather strips. They contaminated the garage with cellulose dust and broken cement and failed to sweep and vaccum. They did not seal the ceiling openings they made with tapes and cracked.
They threw our shoes to a big pile and broke boxes of tile and failed to come back on the next day as schedule to finish the job.. However, they used our bathroom despite my advise not to.

Endless Energy has been Endless Pain and the job is not finished after extending twice long over two weeks.

We found these folks through a Fujitsu repair website. I am so glad we did!

Chad and Mateus came out when they said they would, and diagnosed the problem with our splits. They fixed everything, explained it all to us, and then waited a few minutes to make sure everything was actually working. On top of that, they were very polite and pleasant.

I can't say I hope my mini-splits break again, but I *am* glad we found them.

We hired this company to install heat pumps in our home.
Salesman came out made promises that weren't kept, workers left a huge mess, work was not done properly ( crossed wires). Left my dog fence panel unplugged (almost lost one of my dogs).
Just a real shit show!
Pleased DON'T hire this company.

Endless Energy came to my house to perform an energy assessment. During the visit, the technician was replacing a shower head. He incorrectly removed it and broke my pipe. I have reached out to the company who said they would send a plumber to fix their mistake. They tell me they will call me back, however they do not call and will not return my calls either.
This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable! They came into my house, caused damage and won't fix their mistake. I do not recommend this business!

This company came to us as a recommendation.
The conversation to get a quote for a mini-split installed started in March,
it is now July 27. We stressed the importance of having this done quickly due to us moving and have been met with dates being pushed further and further back. Now the unit is being installed on the last possible week,
once the crew was finally out to install the unit I received a call from the company that an electrician is not going to be available to complete the installation for another few days delaying the process even further.

Though everyone has been pleasant to talk to and the install seems to be going well so far - this process has been nothing but stressful and unclear

Would not recommend this company unless you don't care about clear timelines and communication

Knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant. Arrived on time, provided an understandable tutorial on the new system, answered all questions. Installation of Ductless system is very neat, unobtrusive.

Highly recommend.
