I called Pack and he told me he could come next day and look at my issue. He showed up and looked at the issue and talked to me about pricing which was super affordable and then fixed my issue same day. He was super friendly and very helpful! He worked quickly and talked to me about the issue the whole way through so I was not in the dark about what was going on. I definitely recommend!!

I had a clogged drainage system, a toilet that needed to be repaired, and a kitchen facet that needed to be replaced. I left a message on the weekend and he scheduled me in Monday morning 9:00 a.m. He arrived on time, was very cordial, addressed all my requests and was out in a little more than 2 hours which I thought was amazing considering how old my house is and the amount of work requested. 5 stars from me and they'll be my first call if i need plumbing again. Great value on top of it.

I called Endicott plumbing because my toilet wouldn't flush and he came over immediately..it was after hours too..he was so polite and fixed it immediately..broken pipe. His price was so cheap too! I highly recommend Pack and his son!
