Inconsistent and ""no show"". Costly request with no follow through. Paul had us pay for a second leak inspection and he never got back to us. He did help us on another home about a year ago and did a good and affordable job. When we wanted to get a second opinion on our current home, we called him. He said he would need a leak inspection with his preferred service costing $250. We paid it and then he ghosted us. We sent it to him by email and followed up by phone but after a couple of weeks of trying to locate him, we gave up. One plumber quoted $1600 and another quoted $6000 and we thought we could trust him to give a more accurate quote. We would have gone with him even if his cost was in the middle! What a costly disappointment.

Paul and Debbie are the best! They are experienced, talented and honest. They work hard and efficently. I had them replace my 50G gas water heater and they did an amazing job. I had a very tight space with the protection pole, and water softener and it wasnt easy to get the old tank out and new one in but Paul was awesome. Once new tank was in place he soldered the joints on the copper and had me up and running in no time. I have used Paul extensively over the years and he always does an amazing job. Highly recommend!

Worst company I've ever worked with. Very difficult. Has no showed multiple appointments. And never wants to schedule in jobs. Always making 3-4 excuses. Then just flat out rejects good jobs. I'm sure they are talented, just impossible to work with. Especially Paul.

Replaced 2 of my water heaters, one was part of a solar system and they only charged me for a standard heater removal and install!! All the other plumbing companies i called wanted to charge extra for the solar !!! Plus they came and did it same day i called them!!! I highly recommend using them!!!

Today we had a plumbing emergancy. We tried for hours to fix it ourselves but couldn't. Paul came as soon as we called (even on a Saturday night after Thanksgiving) and within 15 minutes water was back on. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you so much for helping us new homeowners with our DYI projects that go wrong.

I wish I could leave ZERO stars. Once they get paid, they ghost you. Said replaced a part : straight up LIED. Also make sure there is more than 1 person in the house to watch them. Don't do what I did. Shoddy work, shady couple.

Excellent experience with Paul and Debbie. I needed a water softener, manifold, faucet to wash my car with softened water and an additional whole house water shut off. Debbie does the most beautiful soldered joints you've ever seen! With moving the water heater, cutting into the wall to get to the pipes and making a manifold..... they had it done in 2 hours. I saw the high marks they have here on yelp and they sure confirmed why they got them in doing my project. . Highly recommended!!!

Encore Plumbing LLC was wonderful! We have a home warranty and don't always get the best but they were! They were fast, efficient and this husband and wife duo were very kind and friendly! We will definitely use them again.

I had a problematic and difficult to locate slab leak. Paul and Debbie were excellent to work with in finding a leak detection company and flexible in working around the problems we had in isolating the leak. They are just ""good people"", and that's who I like to work with. I know who I'll be calling should anything come up with my plumbing in the future.

I received excellent service by the husband and wife pair, Paul and Debbie.

These kind people replaced my faulty water heater and brought my install up to code.

The cost wasn't much higher than the purchase price of a new unit, and included disposal of the old, and delivery of the new.

I'm pretty handy and cost conscious but these two have this job down-pat, and it's just worth it to have this pair do the job right, quickly and with a very slight premium over self-install.
