From start to finish, Encore provided top notch service. My air conditioner died on a Wednesday. They weee able so send a technician out for a diagnostic the same day. Tre'von was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He seemed to legitimately feel bad having to give us the bad news. My air conditioner was 12 years old and he said I could have it fixed, but it would probably be in my best interest to replace it. He set up a time for the next day to have Jon come out and give me options. Jon was punctual and extremely personable. He was very thorough as well. He checked out the ducts in my attic, my furnace, thermostat and vents. We discussed the cost, and he gave us financing options. He did not pressure us in any way and got us situated in a quick and easy manner. He was able to get us set up with a new unit installation the next morning. Frank and Dustin showed up right on time the next morning. They were so friendly and professional. They installed a new air conditioner, furnace and thermostat. They cleaned up after themselves and everything works perfectly. I can't say enough good about this company. I will definitely be using them again for any of my future needs.

I don't typically rate businesses at 5 stars. The exception is having worked with Frank, a veteran, and an exceptionally patient person. Even with all the questions I threw at him to clarify and understand a situation I have little knowledge about. He took the time to answer each of them.

If you're looking for HVAC services, specifically to Air Conditioning units for home, and you're military (active/retired/discharged). This is your company to choose from. More than likely you are, if you're living in Murrieta, Temecula or Menifee. Give them a try you won't regret it. Thanks again Frank and Encore team.

I called encore because my water heater was making a weird noise. The technician came, heard the noise said he didn't know what was going on with it. Recorded it and send it to someone else i think he's supervisor. I could have done that and posted it on Facebook for recommendation. There solution was they didn't know and to get a new water heater. The company who Lowe's sent out for them to install the water heater heard the noise before taking it off and said the screen near the burner was toned that since it was near the pilot it made that noise. When he brought it down to put in the new one, he pulled out the screen and sure enough it was ripped. I was charged $165 by encore just to be told to get a new water heater and not even have it throughly look at. I've attached a picture of the part that encore couldn't figure out what was wrong it looks wet because when they pulled the water heater water got on it. I hope this doesn't happen to another customer since they promote to be knowledge of water heater repairs.
