We just had the best possible experience getting a drain cleared with Encinitas Plumbing! They were responsive and pleasant during the convenient appointment setting process and Cameron, the plumber who performed the work, was friendly and professional. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable. Although we'd rather not have any plumbing issues in the future, we will definitely be calling Encinitas Plumbing if/when we do.

Tim and his son arrived on time and were very professional and helpful. Responded quickly when I originally called and communication was easy with Tim. They installed all new faucets in our remodel, hooked up a new garbage disposal and also installed our new gas stove. Price was very fair and competitive. 100 stars if we could. These guys are amazing. We gave them a call at 6pm (because plumbing issues always occur after hours..) and Tim emailed and texted me back that evening to find out more info. It seemed like we had an issue that couldn't wait so they moved their schedule around to come the next morning at 8am. They arrived promptly and were super professional about their work. After we explained the issue, they investigated and then explained what they found. We weren't sure where the leak was coming from and they did a great job finding it without breaking into any walls that didn't need to be broken into.

They were super clear at explaining the issue they found, made the repairs in a quick and timely manner, and answered all the questions we had for them. They even gave us advice for a few other things and will be coming back to help with a few other issues. They were super respectful around masks and shoes and I'd recommend them 1000%! Definitely will be our go-to for plumbers now.

If there were more stars, they would get them all. Tim and Cameron helped us move some plumbing for a basement remodel, they were able to schedule us in quickly and get the job done in 2 days. They were kind, clean and efficient and welcomed our overly needy husky into their work space. We had an estimate from another larger local plumbing company that was 2x what Encinitas Plumbing charged us.

As we got deeper into the remodel we needed one of the pipes they had moved, moved again. They showed up the next day and it was done in an hour. By time they left they felt like part of the family. Have been looking for the right plumber for years, we will always call these guys from here forward.

Tim and his son Cameron are great! They showed up right on time, wore masks, diagnosed and repaired my clogged drain quickly and efficiently. The charge was spot on, market price, no overcharge for an emergency situation.

Moreover, they are very, very nice people.
