New issue (broken hot water line in my slab). Tim and son helped me find someone to diagnose (great recommendation). Then Encinitas Plumbing came out fast, worked hard to evaluate, came up with a great solution, and fixed it with less intrusion than expected - with the same super high quality. We just had the best possible experience getting a drain cleared with Encinitas Plumbing! They were responsive and pleasant during the convenient appointment setting process and Cameron, the plumber who performed the work, was friendly and professional. Plus, the pricing was very reasonable. Although we'd rather not have any plumbing issues in the future, we will definitely be calling Encinitas Plumbing if/when we do.

Tim and his son arrived on time and were very professional and helpful. Responded quickly when I originally called and communication was easy with Tim. 100 stars if we could. These guys are amazing. We gave them a call at 6pm (because plumbing issues always occur after hours..) and Tim emailed and texted me back that evening to find out more info. It seemed like we had an issue that couldn't wait so they moved their schedule around to come the next morning at 8am. They arrived promptly and were super professional about their work. After we explained the issue, they investigated and then explained what they found. We weren't sure where the leak was coming from and they did a great job finding it without breaking into any walls that didn't need to be broken into.

They were super clear at explaining the issue they found, made the repairs in a quick and timely manner, and answered all the questions we had for them. They even gave us advice for a few other things and will be coming back to help with a few other issues. They were super respectful around masks and shoes and I'd recommend them 1000%! Definitely will be our go-to for plumbers now.
