First, these guys were called to research a business domestic boiler problem. They said it needed to be replaced, could not be repaired. The quote for labor ONLY was almost DOUBLE what the existing boiler, time AND material cost 10 years ago. That's inflation!

The old boiler was installed by an individual with some help from our maintenance people. Did job in a day, maybe day and a half. IandO wanted to charge for 5 guys for 2 full days, maybe 3.

Told them I'd check around. They left the boiler disassembled and plumbing leaking like a sieve in the middle of winter. Was told later by a competitor, these guys are the highest priced plumbers in town!

these guys i called because my toilet was backed up last year. They charged me time and travel for two guys. Charged for tools ( the rooter machine) and said i needed new toilet too. Bill was $600. I talked him down to $480 and he told me never to call him again. ( No worries) Just found out ( toilet came loose from floor had to hire another plumber) my new plumber says , no worries , bolts were loose but you know that toilet is ten years old. In and out is exactly what i got , kind of like Fly by night .... plain common thugs.

Rod came out to troubleshoot problems with the pressure tank for my well. After he determined that the tank was waterlogged, he filled the tank with air and got my water flowing in the house again. All of that was all right. What got me was his smart ass remark regarding my religious choice... AND his incredibly high prices! He refused to install any tank that I didn't purchase through him - even though it was the exact same make and model. His price for the replacement tank is $200.00 higher than I can buy it online (and have it delivered free). Rod said that was how he made his money. His installation fee was almost $700.00!!! Another service person I have contacted said he can install the same tank for $200.

My advice to anyone needing this kind of service would be to look around first before dealing with ASAP Plumbing Services.

Rod handled a very difficult set up on my Taos property. Not only did I have a dolt for a neighbor that he and I had to contend with but he had a complex set of issues to overcome with hooking up my new well and installing a vault. He did a great job and had to deal with a lot of drama and did it gracefully. It's been two years and everything works terrific. Rod is easy going and friendly and is a really good plumber and installer. Thanks Rod.

Terrible customer service. Our furnace boiler failed to come on and my friend ened a work order with Phoenix. They said it would be a couple days. Thirteen days later this frail elderly couple were freezing, and had not had any response from Phoenix. Calls to the office just said they were busy. Very dangerous situation
