I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior from a business! When I called to inquire about a recent home they were installing a boiler in, the owner ED was so discourteous and let me know by sighing incredibly heavy on the phone to the point I knew I was clearly bothering him simply asking a question! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Basement flooded this weekend and clogged the sewer drain. Water everywhere. Called a bunch of plumbers and EMS was the first to answer the phone. Had to take a chance on a company I knew nothing about. In a couple hours Matt arrived and fixed it in under 60 minutes. Matt was professional and personable. Just his down-to-earth manner put me at ease. When he told me the price, I was stunned. It was a fraction of what I expected to pay. Excellent work, fast service, at an unbelievable price. I told Matt I'm telling everyone I know about EMS Plumbing.
( Don't ask me why this this Yelp site lists my residence as San Francisco-- I live in Boardman off Midlothian, lol.)

After attempting to replace the 'P' drain under my sink unsuccessfully, I googled plumbers. I made an appointment for the next day with EMS. They called me back and were able to fit me in the same day, within a half an hour. Denny was quick - glad I didn't do it myself because there was another bad pipe I hadn't noticed. Denny also gave me some advise on how to get a replacement for a broken faucet from the manufacturer. Reasonable too, price wise.

Water heater quit in the evening, next morning called EMS,they came out and gave me a very fair estimate, also old water heater not put in up to code. Gave me the brand I wanted ,installation was done quickly and up to code. I was impressed with the speed and quality of work therefore 5 stars is warranted.

I am a writer for many types of articles so I evaluate businesses all the time. I was also an under cover shopper in my career at one time, so I KNOW what to look for and what to stay away from in a business.

EMS PLUMBING and HEATING is THE BEST and most professional Company that I have used. From their President and Founder , Ed Snitzer to their staff of professionals they are 1.) responsive 2.) professional 3) product knowlege is key and 4) intelligent.
No pants falling plumbers here---only articulate and thinking people who take their customers plumbing and heating issues seriously.

Recently, when I had an emergency with water pouring out and called 5 other plumbing companies only to hear ""they are out to lunch"" over and over again---EMS's owner, Ed Snitzer answered his companys calls because as he said "" I dont want my customers getting an answer machine"" He did this again when he was in the HOSPITAL!

Last, He came over and helped me with his arm in a sling after therapy..because I couidnt stop the water.

Denny, Marino and Ed installed a new water heater without a glitch and went the extra mile when I requested a new part.

Denny is the nicest guy and you dont have to fear having him in your persoanl space ( home) like some other plumbing companies.

They are fair and reasonable in their pricing.

I HUGELY recommend them.
