A great family ran company! Most of my communications were with Daniel who has some of the best customer service skills I have encountered.

From start to finish, the service was impeccable. When I first received an estimate, I wasn't able to move forward immediately due to finances. However, I kept EMS in mind because they took a thorough look at my electrical panel and took the time to assess. Further, they were friendly, respectful and professional.

When I came back over a year later, my original quote was no longer valid. Supply pricing changes. I had originally reached out during 2020 so we were in the thick of the pandemic. Understandable. Well, when they revised the quote, the price had actually dropped a bit! I really appreciated the savings being passed on.

When hired, they paid attention to details and were efficient and effective at getting the work done. I had heavy up done so it was a pretty big job that took an entire day. Additionally, they addressed any concerns and communicated with me throughout the whole process. I was also provided with a detailed report and invoice that broke down everything that was done. Definitely recommend EMS for your electrical needs.

I will be re-hiring them to add additional lighting and outlets to my home in the near future!

Called for their FREE ESTIMATE advertised on their web site. They charged me $225 to look at the problem! The invoice listed materials (none used!) and (bad) lights came on but 30-45 mins. after they left lights did not work! They did not submit or verbally convey a written, detailed estimate of work needing to be done when requested and said ""parts are probably not available"" for a 13 year old transformer! Other electrician ordered them & got them in 2 days! They did not inform me of any money from visit that could be applied to contracted job or any discounts. They definitely do not live up to their advertised Free Estimate! They also appear to me to be more interested in big jobs like roofing or renovations. BEWARE!

We had other more extensive work done by EMS after our first project, including bathroom remodeling and replacement of a window. Everything went well. The new bathroom is beautiful, and the window looks great. The contractors were very courteous, and communication was excellent throughout the project.

I hired EMS Contractors to do electrical work in my house. I highly recommend them, Edwin was great at pointing out what I needed done to bring my house to code in order to sale it. Excellent job! Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
