This is a long-overdue review. Sean worked with us on a hot water tank that needed to be replaced in one of our rental properties. Initially, we wanted to do a tankless water heater which would require installing new gas lines. After much research by Sean, he convinced us that it may not be the best option given the layout of the house. He saved us a good amount of money by researching first instead of just going ahead and sticking us with a much bigger bill. He finished the installation and also fixed a gas leak that had gone undetected. Overall, Empower Plumbing is not going to be the cheapest option out there but you do get the services of a master plumber that's going to make sure your project is done in the best way possible.

Sean and Arnie fixed my drain problem and solved key issue - located the sewer cleanout outside which was buried 3 feet deep under the bush.
They did a complete clean job. I appreciate Sean's honesty and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I came in on my day off to do some paperwork at my business to find that a pipe had split and was spraying water everywhere. I couldn't even turn the water off. I called at least a dozen plumbers and no one could come out. Sean was on another call but promised to come right over as soon as he finished the call he was on. I called the landlord and they sent someone on their maintenance team over to turn the water off. The landlord's guy found that the split pipe fitting was an easy fix and went to get the part I needed. Since I didn't need a plumber anymore, I called to cancel with Sean so that I didn't waste his time. Turns out that he was already in the parking lot. He said he would come in free of charge to make sure we were on the right track. Say What??? My previous experience with plumbers has been that they will charge you $85 just to look at your front door. Sean came in, took a quick look, said it looked like we were on the right track. I felt bad that I wasn't going to use his services after he came all the way out. He said not to worry about it and to use us next time we needed someone. He went to his truck to get us a business card. When he came back in he didn't have any cards, but he had the valve/pipe fitting that we needed. He said he already had it on his truck and that It might save us some time. I couldn't believe how nice Sean was. As a fellow business owner, I can honestly say that this level of customer service is easy to aspire to but hard to deliver. Sean was more concerned that I was taken care of than making an immediate sale. Well I guarantee that I'll be using Sean as my plumber from here on out. Super impressed!

Our hot water tank died on a Sunday night - Sean came out first thing Monday morning to diagnosis the problem. Sean found the issue quickly, talked us through our options, tracked down parts, and gave us the option of an install that same afternoon. For us timing on Tuesday worked out better. Sean and his crew were to the house by 8am and by lunchtime we were back in hot water business! Thanks!

Let me start by saying that if a hot water heater is going to fail of COURSE it will do it over a holiday (like, for instance, Thanksgiving)! When it does break, and you send an e-mail to a plumber ON THANKSGIVING NIGHT, you certainly don't expect to hear back from that plumber until maybe sometime the next day if you're lucky (and more likely not until Monday when they can finally fit you in).

Imagine our shock, then, to hear back from Sean within 10 minutes of our e-mail! After describing the symptoms he made arrangements to come take a look by 8 am the very next day!

We will never, ever call anyone else if/when we experience plumbing problems in the future! We've found the best and will stick with him!

I remodeled my house from the ground up (all new sewer and water lines) - I went through three plumbers before I found Sean - to say the least he finished the job we passed inspection and we are finally living in the house.

Sean and his team are the most conciseness and intelligent plumbers I have Ever used - work is impeccable - but then again he is a master plumber.

Sean is honest and amazing - he came to our house twice. But since they turned out to be minor things / non-issue, he didn't charge us anything. He didn't try to recommend unnecessary services and charge us. He gave us his honest opinion and saved us unnecessary trouble.

He took the time to explain why my current set up wasn't working in addition to what he would be changing out! Sean was awesome. Fixed our emergency leak quickly and gave us tips on preventative maintenance. As first time homeowners his literal decades of experience and know-how really helped us out. Prices are reasonable and you can tell he really is there to help in any way he can.

We called another plumber first and they said the prices would be more for coming out after 5. When we called Empower we were told that was ridiculous and immediately came out to assist.

Good people. Highly recommended. Will definitely use again!
