We removed the pipe and it was not defective, there was a hole punched thru it! Blaming it on the other plumber that came 5 months before shows your true colors. if he broke the pipe why didnt it leak until YOU came by?? also i had 2 other plumbers in the space of a year not 3. you were the third and the biggest mistake. i do not want anyone to see fall victim to your inability to do a simple job. Also, I find it funny that now you are of the opinion that the pipes are old and decrepit but when I asked you whether it was possible to break the pipe you said NO!! interesting that now after breaking the pipe your tune has changed. to add insult to injury you didnt even refund my $85 i spent for you to break my pipe!! Lastly, in a true testament to what a crook you are, your website has been adjusted in the last couple days removing the plumbing portion. hmmmm, what a coincidence!!

I had a very clogged toilet. The man on the phone was very reasonable and easy to talk to. The plumber was prompt. The man who came did a wonderful job, solved the problem in minutes and was very nice. Didn't talk allot, but did the job.
