Hired Nate to remodel two bathrooms. He wasn't the least expensive but he was fairly priced and he had good communication, good work, got everything done in a couple of weeks. I will definitely be going to him again!

Empire property solutions remodeled our kitchen, Nathaniel and the team were absolutely wonderful. Our home was built in the 80s and the kitchen was overdue for a remodel. His prices were definitely fair! And the customer services was excellent! He addressed all of our concerns, and made sure we got what we wanted and that our vision was met! There were a few drawbacks during the remodel, for example our gas line and water line needed extra repairs, Nathaniel made sure the issue was addressed and that everything was completely fixed and up to date. He never made us feel like a burden whenever we questioned anything he was always very open and available even stopping by himself to ensure everything was taken care of instead of sending an employee. He definitely knows how to run a successful business and takes pride in his work. Like all remodels, it was a little dusty, but Nathan made sure to send out his cleaning service to leave our home sparkly clean. I absolutely appreciate the effort to make sure his customers are satisfied!
I will definitely come to him for any future remodels and absolutely recommend for your remodel needs! We LOVE our new kitchen!

I hired Empire Property Solutions to redo my outdated kitchen and I had an absolutely amazing experience with Nate and his team. They were on time and very respectful of my home. Nate was awesome to work with and very flexible l, as the cooktop I ordered got delayed for a few months due to the pandemic. Nate checked in with me regularly regarding the date it was being shipped and made sure my remodel was done as soon as my cooktop was delivered.

I was in need of my roof to be done ASAP, I had water damage and decided to do my whole roof. Nate is great and was able to be very reasonable. He explain everything from the beginning to the end. I wanted some work done in my garage and I called Empire. Nate came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate. On the day he was to start the job he was on time,which means a lot to me. The work was done professionally and on schedule. The area was cleaned and everything was put back in place when the job was finished. I had been looking for someone to re-do my kitchen for a long time. I've been getting lots of home improvements booklet in the mail. The pictures posted looks beautiful but pretty much expensive for sure. While I was browsing the internet, I accidentally came across the name of Nathan, the owner being highly recommended by a local resident. The project was done in a short period of time with a fair price. I am very happy and satisfied with the job he'd done. I love my new kitchen. Even my relatives are raving about it. I find Nathan very courteous, helpful, personable and hands-on. If only I had known him last year, I would have hired him to re-do my 2 bathrooms. Any future projects, he will be my first choice.

To the people from Moreno valley if your looking to upgrade anything in your house believe me when I tell you Empire property Solutions is the most reliable and professional there is Hands down. I called the company to get a quote on little detail I needed to fixed before closing escrow. Nathaniel (owner) took the time to come to my home even with corona virus happening. When he checked all the fixtures he was very honest with me an told me he did not wanted to charge me for something so minor. He did tell me what I needed to buy in order to fixed my small problem. Honest work deserves more then 5 stars although I did not do business with him I know by his act, that his business is serious business who does not take advantage of there customers and takes his work very serious.

Me and my family are very thankful to Empire property solutions due to our great experience with them. We have been thinking about installing granite countertops but couldn't find the right person but when I met with Mr. Nathaniel I made up my mind because he was very understanding and determined to help me update my kitchen countertops. Once I decided to hire him, he informed me that the process of installing the kitchen counter tops would only take a max of two days! The best part is that his team was able to finish installing in one day, during very windy and rainy weather! Once they finished, me and my family were amazed by their work and highly recommend this company. Their crew is very nice, friendly and motivated. All in all, Empire property solutions is filled with very professional workers that perform very neat and affordable work.

I really needed to write this review about Nathaniel and his company although it is long overdue. At the very end of December, when we had the rainstorms one after the other, we learned from our tenant in our mobile home which we use as a rental up in Corona that the roof had a major leak. Since we do not live anywhere near the Corona area, we resorted to Yelp to help us seek out potential qualified roofers that could assist us and perform the necessary work remotely. That is how we happened upon Nathaniel Bialeanu and his company Empire Property Solutions.

We have dealt with many contractors over the years, but working with Nathaniel was a pleasure to say the least. He went over and looked at the property the next day and called me with his proposal. From this point forward everything was handled personally by Nathaniel and he kept us apprised of the progress via text message or a phone call on a regular basis. He worked directly with the HOA, the City (for all permits & inspections), and even coordinated all activities with the tenant so as they were not inconvenienced at any time. He provided an overall cost estimate up front, and he sent photos of the various stages as the work was performed so we could see exactly what was happening. All billing was handled online or with a check based on who it had to go to. The entire job took 3-days from start to finish, and that included getting the inspectors out there to permit the work when required.

We could not be happier as a client and the tenant is ecstatic with the finished product! I would highly recommend Empire Property Solutions to anyone needing a new roof! I am also aware they do many other construction related activities and we will definitely be using them should the need arise for some of these services down the road.
