Rene arrived on schedule and was very friendly, courteous, and patient with me. I hired another plumber the day before and they never showed up or called. He got the job done and gave me a very fair price. He went beyond what was expected and cleaned up all of his mess and mine. Most plumbers never clean up and I usually have to sweep and mop up myself after they leave. Rene responded on such short notice and explained everything that he was going to do and tried not to inconvenience me longer then necessary. I highly recommend Empire Plumbing Solutions and Rene. They are professional and don't give you the run around. Empire Plumbing Solutions should be very proud having Rene representing their company. I highly recommend Empire Plumbing Solutions and they will be my plumber moving forward. I will also let all my family and friends know about them.

We noticed water on the floor on Tuesday at 1 o'clock immediately called American Shield they Said they would send out a plumber,sent out a plumber finally arrived at 6:30 the next night. He was in and out in 10 minutes took three pictures of the carpet and immediately said it's a slab leak didn't do anything else. The next day I spent three hours trying to get in touch with the plumbing company to find out when the plumber was going to come back and actually fix it which they told me would be between two and $4000. I decided to look up a Plumber Dale and his FPR company Came up so I call Dale and after talking to him for 10 minutes I had already calm down from my anxiety of having my whole slab inside the house tore up during the epidemic going on and with family members that it would not have been good to be without water for that long. Dallas to my house inside 40 minutes assess the situation found the water leak was only in the wall it wasn't a slab leak at all help walk me through the process and was professional all the time. They'll explain to me what happened how it was going to be fixed and how it was not again that is not going to cost me two to $4000 as I was previously told. I recommend Dale with 10 stars because of his professionalism straightness in questions being answered without the BS and his amazing price. I recommend to everyone that needs a plumber before you call anybody call Dale if you do not like any of his services I will be shocked he's awesome he's quick and he's honest, you can't beat that in a person or in a company, thank you Dale for all your help much appreciated.

I had a big water leak inside a wall which required turning off the water to the entire house until it could be found and repaired. Rene from Empire Plumbing Solutions came to the rescue, literally.

Fortunately, Rene was at the house within an hour of the call I made. He found the leak and fixed the pipe. Very reasonable rates, too, considering this was a pretty urgent situation.
