In 1970, David Duck founded Mr. Rooter Plumbing, launching the first location in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Duck created his plumbing business, calling it Mr. Rooter. In 1989, Duck sold Mr. Rooter Plumbing to The Neighborly Group following discussions with Don Neighborly. Even after selling the rights to the business and original franchises, Duck retained his shop in Oklahoma City. David Duck is still a franchise owner to this day. I feel like plumbing is in my blood as a 4th generation plumber; I spent my childhood taking apart the new parts our plumbers needed; they wanted the tools to be locked up, but I always managed to find a way. In 1989, I started working with my grandfather during school breaks, helping the family business until 2004 when I launched my own (while still working with my dad as a subcontractor). My experience spans repair, remodel, new construction, and both commercial and residential plumbing. I take pleasure in assisting others and delivering top-notch service. I’m originally from South Carolina; my family business began in 1953, and I joined them in 1989, then branched out in 2004, bought my family business from my dad in 2015, and passed it to my adopted son/brother-in-law in 2021 when I started this business in the Flathead Valley. I bring over thirty years of experience, having been trained by three generations before me. Thanks for taking the time to read; I am eager to serve you in this beautiful area. Plumbing service is just one of the many ways I contribute to my community. I also serve as the volunteer head Chief at Bad Rock Fire Department, which helps me keep the community safe. I appreciate attending church and being with my family and friends as often as I can.
