I have had a friendly and nice chat with Jason while he was working the issues of H2O Concepts plumbing and I consider him a company man, and for what it's worth, you need someone who keeps up with technical skills so that the customer does not have him come back again for something that should have been right the very first time.
His technical skills will leave the customer pleasantly pleased to have him working on your property while doing what he knows best:
Walking away from any job knowing his work is as perfect as it gets and his customer is 100% satisfied with Jason and co worker.

All the drains in my home were backed up, and I started the project of fixing them by calling another plumbing company. They came out, charged me $70 and said that I would probably need to hydro-jet to unclog them for a cool $1,000. I decided to get a second opinion, so I hired Empire Plumbing. The guys came out, went right to a drain that the other company completely ignored, and found that a gateway flange was corroded and blocking waterflow. They explained everything to me in a way that made sense and solved my issues for over $1,000 less than the other company was trying to get me to pay. Bottom line: if you need plumbing and you're in their service area, call Empire Plumbing.

Wow. During a time where finding a good reliable plumbing service is difficult, Empire Plumbing came through HUGE. The responsiveness on scheduling, the communication during the quote process, the professionalism on executing the work...it was all excellent. I wish every contractor was like this. Apparently I'm to poor to get help from this company. I live in a mobile home that uses same type of water pipe but because I don't have the luxury to be in a ""real"" house I recieve no help....poor poor service.

I had them come out to check out my leaking basement. Both guys who came seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. When we were in my home they quoted me $8500, but when they wrote up the proposal it was over $3000 more. I received 2 other quotes after them and they both quoted me $8500. I feel like they may have tried to take advantage of me.

Okay, here's an update after actually hiring them.

The two guys that came were polite, thorough and explained everything they were doing. They wore booties and cleaned up so well that you'd never have know they were here. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
