Empire Plumbing is my plumber company of choice while in Miami Beach. The Office Manager, Yajaira, has been consistently responsive by telephone and email. There does not seem to be a job too big for Empire Plumbing to tackle in our condominium. Luis, the plumber, is highly skilled and knowledgeable in approaching the work. Five stars.

I used Empire several times for plumbing issues and always had incredible service. When I purchased a new house and needed an opinion on the pipes I called them immediately. The owner called me and gave me incredible advice! He even offered to meet me at the house to devise a plan to update anything necessary. The owner is passionate and truly concerned with customer service and their reputation. A definite 5 star review and call them if you need a plumbing specialist!

This place has a standard service fee of $175 just to show up... without even doing anything, that's a rip off, and that fee does not go towards any parts or actually servicing the problem, don't call this place, they are ridiculous!!!!!!! So if your problem cost $7 they still charge you $175 just to tell you the problem will cost $7 to fix... don't support a place like this...

I should have looked at the reviews before calling this company. The first time they came out, they charged $250 and didn't resolve my issue. They had to come out again and charged me again for the same problem that they didn't fix. I talked to the manager and she said that they don't guarantee their job and that I should have read my receipt. Wow! A company that doesn't guarantee their job!!!

Very bad customer service. The lady on the phone wasn't clear when making an appointment and providing the plumber's insurance. She told me after 2 days calling her that the plumber's licence takes up to 72 hours (when on the beginning she said it was only a few minutes) and I have to notify the association 24 hours before, and of course, reschedule my appointment again due to her mistake. She made me waste 2 days and my time calling her. She has no idea how to deal with clients, and it is not patient and constantly interrupting me while I was trying to explain one more time my concern. Once I told her that because she made a mistake I have to reschedule, all of a sudden she decided not to provide the service. What a shame that persons like her make a company look so bad.

AMAZING SERVICE From the moment they picked up the phone I knew we were in great hands!! They are both reliable and honest. 2 things you don't find very often anymore. Al listened to me completely and fully. He called called in Phil to confirm what he felt it was before sending out Guillermo to my home who is as nice as he can be. Easy to schedule and ON TIME!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IN NEED!!!

Very professional plumbing company. I had a blocked drain as well as a leaky pipe in my kitchen. This was causing water to also leak onto the kitchen floor and inside then kitchen cabinet. The plumber arrived, diagnosed the problem. He fixed it in about an hour. It involved putting a """"snake"""" into the drain to clear the blockage an open up the drain which had a build up of residue after many years of usage. He also fixed the leak. What impressed me though was how careful he was to leave everything spotless. He laid a cover over the kitchen floor to protct the surface. Then one he fixed evrything he cleaned up the standing water from the floor and the cabinet, leaving the kitchen spotless. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is I think they are expensive. They charged 275 dollars which seems a lot for a 1 hour job with no parts.

My appointment window was 10-12. I took off from work. Needed a new toilet installed. They said they would call 20 minutes before they arrive. At 12 o'clock I called . The person on the phone said the plumber was running 30 minutes late. I called back at 1pm. The same lady said he should be arriving soon. At 2 pm I called she said sorry but he is not finished at his first location. Do I want to reschedule? Are you kidding me (I said) I took off work and literally waited all day. The plumber showed up at 3:15..The price quoted was $175 - $225 per item. They never gave me a final amount until he finished . Of course more then the quote $275 per toilet. Yes the plumber was good. But way to much aggravation. All the reviews are on target.

All the drains on the ground floor of my house were backing up and with small children what a disaster it could have been. Thankfully the guys over at Empire were able to squeeze me into the schedule and ended up finding the problem and making the repair that same day. If you are looking for prompt service and want be charged a reasonable rate, look no further! Fast, reasonable, knoledgable service.

Found myself needing a plumber this past weekend due to a main line stoppage. Dispatcher was able to send me Guillermo who has been w this Co nearly 20 yrs. He arrived within the window she provided me and after a quick conversation Guillermo go to work. Ran the sewer machine and made certain everything was clear and in working order. Will be calling Empire for all my plumbing needs from now on.
