we called empire plumbing to fix septic line, Richard came out and said the line needed to be replaced, it didn't need to be replaced, then septic tank needed to be replace, it did. He said he could do it, we said ok. Big mistake. He would say one thing and do another, every time. he talked big but didn't really know how to do it. A two day job turned into more than a week and he complained the whole time, blamed me for his difficulties, didn't show up when he was supposed to. after a few days said we will have you all hooked up today and able to use the bathroom. That didn't happen. I told him to be careful of the 100+ year old juniper close by and he said no problem. I had to leave for a few hours, and against my better judgement I left. I told him I wasn't comfortable leaving him alone but did it so he could get this done. When I came back he was gone and so was half of my beautiful juniper. He used a tractor and actually ripped it apart, tossing the branches aside, onto another juniper breaking big branches on that one. He said he had to trim a couple branches after he had done it, just destroyed it. he did everything wrong. had to come back three times to level the yard, he didn't know how to operate the tractor, he said he was a master, it became obvious he was not. I could say much more but you get the idea, it was a nightmare. He doesn't communicate and acts like he knows everything and doesn't listen. I would not recommend him for anything. I give a -5 for his bad service

Our kitchen sink was clogged. I called and Richard was so friendly and helpful. He sent Manny in about 40 minutes to our home. Manny did an amazing job. He was so nice and informative about the situation with our sink.

My husband called Empire Saturday morning August 19th. He wanted drains around the pool cleared before it rained since he had been noticing they would back up quickly. His first call was Empire and left a message. In the meantime he left 2 other messages with other plumbers. Richard called him right back and could come out within 2 hours. Richard arrived with his team and got right to work. He didn't stop until all drains flowed smoothly. Richard was very personable, professional, and willing to answer all questions. We would highly recommend and call him for future work.

Today our backyard and pool was overflowing and flooded the back yard. I called Richard at Empire Plumbing and his team Manny, Jesse and Johnny came out and worked hard until they got the drains all cleared up. There was so much junk in my drains. Manny was very informative and kept in good communication with me about the entire process. Overall, it was a very good experience. I recommend them!!

Jaime was very respectable and professional when I called late in the evening with a clogged sewer line. He offered to come by that night or the next day to repair it. He came over the next day to thoroughly inspect what the issue was as well as showing me my complete system with camera inspection. He fixed my sewer drain with a quality repair in a timely matter. I definitely will continue to call for my other plumbing services in the future. If your looking for a great plumber who provides quality service and pricing. Give Empire or Jaime a call.

The guys at empire were Awesome . They showed up on time and were wearing all the PPE mask gloves etc. They were fast reasonably priced and did an all around excellent job! I will use them for anything plumbing related from no on! If you need plumbing work call the guys at empire!!!!
