I called in due to an apparent leak in my home and was put through to Dale. He was great. He helped me troubleshoot and isolate the issue over the phone which turned out to be a simple fix that I was able to take care of myself. Rather than send someone out to charge me to make a minor repair, he actually took time to talk me through the different scenarios of what the issue could be and explained how to fix it. I'm very appreciative of the honesty and his expert help. Thanks Dale!

Dale is a crook! He comes in and detects the leak and calls in all his referrals. The referrals he recommends are all family and friends that he has been using to scam elderly and anyone he can take advantage of. I knew I should have not used him. He detected the leak and immediately asked to see my insurance policy. He said not to worry the insurance company is going to take care of everything.. insurance company did not take care of everything and left me with outrages bills coming in left and right. The insurance company said these people are crooks and they are working on litigation to get their money back because of all the high estimates that Dale and family have been paid out. Don't use Dale. He advertised in the local magazine where my family found them and will never use them again ever. If you hear the name Carl that dale recommends, yup- these are the same evil guys. Carl is known as Carlo Terzian and operated as a restoration flood cleaning specialist. All involved. I hope someone files criminal charges on all of them for scamming people and insurance companies.

scammer alert! takes advantage of senior citizens. you know he's out to take advantage of you when he asks to see your home owners policy. dale detects the leak then brings stager plumbing who brings in the restoration comapny to lay out fans and destroy the area taking all the carpet and flooring, who then brings in their own packing company who takes every thing out of the house and puts it in storage, and everyone sends their bills and from there it goes down hill. insurance company wont pay out because they have already been alerted that this man dale is commiting insurance fraud. i am stuck with bills piling up because insurance company wont pay the outragous amounts that this company is stating i owe them. buyer beware. they are all in it together as family friends to defraud the insurance company and the home owner is getting stuck with the bill. superior integrated services inc is carlo terzian at 17450 lake mathews dr perris. his business license number is 811141. better business bureau has 2 complaints filed for the same exact reason as me.. all with the same companies for leak detector, plumbing, restoration services, and packers. make things right... it looks like you will be going to jail pretty soon. this man is a criminal and the insurance company is on to him now.

DO NOTUSE, scam artists, Dale is dishonest, He tells you on the phone there is no charge for Leak Detection, their site states the same, the final bill had a fee of $400 added yet other services that I called and were booked quoted $200-$275. Their site also claims they have a A+ rating with The Better Business Bureau, BBB states they are not rated with the BBB. Without asking permission, giving options, or giving a quote he calls in ""his people"". Superior Integrated Services who set up 3 fans. I find out days later their fee to run 3 fans for 3 days is $3200. The plumber he called in, Stalger Plumbing charged $1550 for about 1 1/2 hrs work.

This is an A+++ company. Dale came out within a few minutes and checked out all the areas in my house with possible leaks. He took very good care of my problem, and I would ALWAYS refer my friends and family to him. Don't hesitate to hire this company--they won't let you down.

Great service, professional, friendly, explained everything in detail!! Price was outrageous! $2000 for 2.5 hrs of labor. Cut through drywall and slid plastic tube in pipe to bypass leak. Done! Beware: you might have to sell a child or rob a bank to pay for it!!!

What appeared to be a disaster, a leak below my house under the foundation, I panicked and did a quick search for a leak detection service in the IE, THANK GOD I was lucky enough to reach Dale at ELD&P. Dale actually helped me trouble shoot over the phone and turned out it was an irrigation line slow leak which was easily stopped. Im 62 years old and remember the good old days when you could go to a auto parts store and the guy at the counter knew what a water pump was and didnt have to look it up in a computer and could actually give you advice, i remember when you could go to a nursery and the person knew a little about growing plants, not just a guy in an in orange apron looking at you with surprise at your questions. Well let me tell you, No BS, Dale is old school, he will tell you straight up, good or bad, this company is awesome, what a great concept, honest people who know what the hell they're talking about

I had a leak show up and called them for detection. They came out promptly and were very professional. Gave me a free estimate and sent me an email quote for service suggested and did not pressure sell me. They also tested my water pressure and discovered it was high due to faulty regulator. They were above and beyond helpful and as I said no high pressure sales tactics. Highly recommend these guys!

Dale was exemplary, we are brand new home owners. I received a huge water bill from the city and decided we must have a leak. Dale came out the next day and not only checked everything inside the house but also the sprinklers and showed me the emergency shut off valve for water in case of emergency. ( because of course I didn't know now) Turns out we did not have a leak and they were honest about it and made no money. But they acted fair and I will recommend this company and I will use them when I actually do have an emergency because I know I'm getting the truth from Dale!
