We had an interior leak in our two story house over the holidays. There had been a previous leak in the same area caused by a freezing a/c coil in the attic, which ran down the plumbing lines into the first floor. This time, it appeared be a leak somewhere in the water or drain lines. John's detection equipment was out for repair, but he gave us some advice on how to isolate the leak, as well as a referral to a responsible, responsive plumber in our area. We were able to track it down quickly and get the plumber out to repair our copper piping. Really appreciate John's friendly, free advice and the referral.

Empire Leak Detection was great. We had a visit from the city water guy telling us we had a leak on our property, somewhere. We have over 300 feet between our house and the street. John was great. Showed up on time. Very knowledgeable. Checked our pipes three different ways with a bunch of different technology I haven't seen before.
