Pedram, the owner of Empire Drain, communicated with me throughout the entire installation process. I hired the company to install an outdoor drain in front of my garage. They made sure that everything was perfect, and kept answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Now there's no more flooding in my garage!

I know that Pedram will honor his warranty if there are any issues in the future, and I'm happy that I chose to go with Empire Drain.

This is the second time we have called on Paul for his services. He is reliable, great with communication, and honest. We wanted to attempt to fix our leaky outdoor faucets, so we went to shut off our water value and found that it had seized and we could not turn the water off. This scared the crap out of me, having just had a leak do damage to our walls and hardwood floors. Paul came in and made the turn off value easier to get too and updated the hardware for us. He also installed new outdoor faucets for us. You won't go wrong hiring Paul, he's excellent!

First and foremost, they showed up when scheduled!Not a guarantee these days.. but these guys were very professional and personable when they did a water heater install for us. The price was quite reasonable as well. My wife and I live in a condo so there's quite a bit of red tape involved in even getting a water heater install on the books, and they were patient with us while all of that was sorted out. Would 100% recommend!

Paul is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help his customers. I had a sudden water heater leak in Seattle. Paul quickly got on a video call with me, and once he realized that the issue was not trivial, he visited me within an hour on a Saturday on a long weekend and helped address the issue. Although he's not a water heater expert, he went out of his way to ensure that there's no more risk of leaks, and secured me an emergency appointment with his water heater partner. Having him on our side was a life-saver!

Very fast response when a leak in the crawlspace was discovered. Paul communicated well and worked with the schedule set by other contractors doing work in the crawlspace. Upon inspection, he suggested some additional work to be done and explained why replacement of another pipe was recommended. Definitely recommend, and we'll continue to call Empire Drain whenever we need plumbing work.

When they arrived, they were respectful of our home, masked and did the job perfectly. The new faucet is wonderful - and so glad no more leaks. Paul and the team did an awesome job helping to find and fix a major basement seepage issue. He brought both professional skills and personal determination -- the first day he showed up at our house at over 1,300 feet elevation it was literally snowing and hailing. He wasn't deterred at all and just kept going to get to the bottom of the real problem and had his team out quickly to dig a new 40 foot trench to get the water moving away from the house. Paul's professional and practical advice have put us in a good place for years to come. Since part of this repair was under a gravel drive where a heavy gas truck delivers fuel to our home, he also upgraded our PVC to the heavier professional grade without any additional charge. As a second major task, he brought the right tools and was the first to be able to clear a 12"" culvert full of rocks and debris that runs under our driveway. What a difference. He was very responsive and provided service the week after we requested it. He was also reasonably priced compared to others.
