Alexander L.Called Empire Backflow to schedule a backflow test in the Beaumont area. John was readily available to help and asked me to email him the documents. I had originally thought that there were 3 units on site, however, upon going out to the building John called me and informed me that there were in fact four. For $40.00 per unit, John did a great job testing our systems.
Pros:
-Honest. Called to let me know that the fourth unit would make the final price a bit higher
-Contactable via email. BIG plus these days (didnt have to fax anything)
