Lisa R.Super rude customer service. Service manager has no people skills. I called to have thermostat serviced due to ac not kicking in and its supposed to be 100 degrees today. No one available until next week, and was told to call elsewhere. No sympathy or attempt to try and help plus attitude from lady on the phone. Take your business elsewhere.
Rosanne M.Practice for scheduling emergency service stinks. No timeframes at all just wait and wait. When you call the office you get the woman in the residential division with attitude, dealing with her is a nightmare. If you are lucky enough to get the service tech out to repair he is great. Just be ready for a whole lot of lousy customer service before you finally get the repair person.

The bottom line is this company charged me $637.45 to install a valve for a garden hose because they didn't have and wouldn't get the parts needed to complete the job that day. I will make it my mission to warn everyone I see about this company.
