I have used Emil for HVAC, plumbing and electrical at my house, wife's business, rentals, mother's house, and mother-in-law's house for over 15 years. I always recommend Emil to anyone who asks for a suggestion for either of these services. Emil is prompt, thorough, professional, and reasonable. He always gives me a few suggestions and his recommendation. There has never been a situation that Emil did not know the equipment or system from HVAC, to electrical, to water softener, to reverse osmosis, to energy saving devices. It is so nice to only have to call and deal with one person for almost everything needed for your house, business or rentals. Emil knows several other professionals/tradesmen in virtually every imaginable service area (e.g., granite counter tops, dry wall, painting), so I always call Emil and he can either solve the problem or he knows someone who can solve the problem.

He only charged me a little more than what the thermostat would have cost me at Home Depot. I will always call Emil for all the AC and plumbing issues.

Emil is just awesome. We bought an old condo with a 50 year old original chiller connected air handler which was all rusted and clogged up with gunk, so it was basically worthless in the summer. Emil was recommended by someone who had inherited a similar setup, and I am glad we went with him. He was super professional, gave the best price, was able to come out quickly, replace everything including rusted pipes and valves around, and did a bunch of related drywall work. Even threw in free filters. Next time we have an AC issue, definitely using Emil!

Called Mr. Neagu for electrical work and he referred me to his cousin Symi. Spoke to Symi who said he was a licensed electrical contractor and we set an appointment. Symi failed to show-up for the appointment and after several days I was able to finally contact him by text. Symi said he would come out to do the job but didn't want me to ""waste his time."" Needless to say I did not do business with cousin Symi.


I contacted Mr. Neagu to advise him of the situation with his cousin, who he referred me to in the first place, and his response was, ""Sorry to hear that."" Mr. Neagu has ceased contact and is obviously not willing or able to fix this situation. Poor business practice, buyer beware.
