This place most definitely deserves 0 stars. The completely scammed us. Told us we needed an entire new water heater, when two other plumbers came by after and said all we needed was a new valve. Then reached out to let the technician know and he validated that he did in fact scam us. Do NOT use Emet plumbing. Complete waste of time, energy, and money.

If I could give zero stars I would.

My home warranty had this company come out to do some jobs around my house. Including replacing the flusher components of my toilet.
The technician cracked the porcelain upon installing the new components, requiring a new toilet to be installed.

When he returned to install the new toilet, he told me extensive work would need to be done to be able to install the toilet, including tile cutting and a dram modification.
I told him I wasn't pay for that, I didn't want a new toilet in the first place.
I told my home warranty that He was the reason for cracking my original toilet in the first place. So they should cover any costs necessary.

The technicians boss then instructed him to leave. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB.

I now have my original toilet on my front porch. The new toilet not installed, sitting in my bedroom. And a gapping hole in the floor of my bathroom exposing the sewage line.
