Ok, where do I start......I thought I could handle this on my own. I rented a snake from Home Depot ($$$), snaked the drain 75 ft, and thought I worked a miracle. I remembered I had a home warranty, called and they sent Emerson Plumbing. Can I just say A+++++++++! I was quoted a time between 12 and 2....they arrived at exactly 12 noon A+++++++. Uniform clean and lettering clear and bright, truck clean, equipment clean. Danny and John professional and let me ask all the questions I wanted. Danny is a great teacher if you want to learn about what's going on and why it happened. He informed me of his every move. Danny did not leave me hanging. He made sure the pipe was clear and educated me on the reason why my tub was doing what it was doing. I was very stressed before they arrived, and by the time they left, I was all smiles. Oh .....wait this part really got me.......I let my fur babies out and forgot to close the dog gate and main gate so I ran around the outside of the house and saw that they put it back just like they found it......freaking AWESOME! If I had multiple properties, I would definitely have this company on payroll. I've had plumbing issues in the past and had extensive and expensive work done. Wish I knew about Emerson Plumbing Services. Don't sleep on um. You won't be disappointed unless you're just that type of person. Tell them I sent you!

Emerson Plumbing came out to my house to fix a couple leaks we had through our home warranty company. Under our bathroom sinks ther was still water leaking from the pipe. I called the home warranty company and they said since it was over 30 days ago (35) that they should honor their work.
NOPE!
When I called them to ask them to tighten or fix the problem they said they would charge me and that they won't come out for free and to go through the warranty company.
THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR WORK so if you want quality service go anywhere else. First Yelp review but with their lack of quality service i had to say something.

Emerson Plumbing installed my new sink, faucet, and, garbage disposal. They arrived on time. They were clean, courteous, and professional. The opening in the countertop required cutting, they did that for no additional charge!

Two visits. Boiler still makes the same noise. Not able to detect the problem. ""Boiler service"" is draining the boiler that anyone can do. Solution - replace the boiler that is less than 3 years old.

Emerson has done several jobs for me during the past couple of years but, it seems, as his business grows, his reliability lessons. He does not stand behind the work he or his workers do. For instance, they replaced a shower less than 2 years ago; the handle is frozen. He has not responded to numerous calls to fix it. Also I recommended him to my daughter and a friend; both told me he was unreliable. Nice man but for his business to flourish, he must be reliable and stand behind the work done.
