I purchased a condo, and certain things I hated about it. The on off for the water in my shower was difficult to use and hard to pull. They replaced it with no damage, I also had them do a toilet. But the thing that upset me most was the sink. I had a double sink that I couldn't wash a pot or pan in. They came and Replace the sink and faucet and reinstalled the garbage disposal, they were fast and clean. They did it for the agreed-upon price, I also tipped their men. I was that happy with the work. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a good clean first work at a reasonable price.

I've used this company over the past several years along with other family members. They always show up prompt and and on time. They are very professional and very clean never making or leaving a mess. I highly recommend them.

OVER PRICED, POOR QUALITY FIXTURES, UNNECCESARY and INCORRECT REPAIRS: I used Emerson plumbing for ALL my property management for 5 YEARS: he was overpriced but HE did the work and it was done correctly. He since has grown tired, hired other plumbers who make mistake after mistake. They now use cheap unknown brands for fixtures that do not last a year. He refuses to give discounts from poor work and charges for the mistakes made on the plumber side. Babysit them and watch all work. Additional issues not following code and not taking responsibility. Not a good plumber for HIGH RISE work. *He replaced and charged for 2 faucets within a 10 month period. The tenant brought it to my attention as now they need a new faucet again. *He repaired the wrong bath sink that was not leaking and charged me to repair the leaking sink on a 2nd trip. *He entered the wrong property and replaced the wrong faucet... the list goes on. Gone is the customer service to reflect the high prices. Gone are named brand products to reflect price. It's unfortunate he's now poor quality and poor care for a very high price.

I called him to evaluate my plumbing around my jetted tub to ensure tile would not encumber the valves that go on water and spout. Emerson came on time and gave me an overview of what """" may/may not happen. He said if you need me to come back and check it I will. I don't expect a professional to come to my house and look and see and not pay the man. He really didn't want to charge me, but I did pay him the fee he requested. When you hire someone who knows what they are doing, you keep using those people. Call Emerson if you need a good plumber! Rob Hawkins
