I highly recommend these techs . Honest estimated cost to
complete work was discussed over the phone during first call, unlike other service vendors. No time wasted and no run arounds, tech was straightforward with cost, pricing, warranty, product knowledge. Needed work done and completed in no time. Techs were in time to finish work and best quality heater installed for reasonable price. I called 8 different service vendors but Emergency Water Heater techs were the best quality, most professional, honest, best priced, and knowledgeable workers I've encountered and completed work when needed. Work was completed half the time. If I called other service co, they would still be in the process of sending to check out for estimate. Other service co. would need to send estimator then will schedule another time for repair. No time wasted with Emergency Water Heater Company. Will definitely use them again and highly recommended to others.

I cannot recommend this company enough. First, I called late on a Sunday evening and Mohammad picked right up. He gave me a quote over the phone. Many others would not do that and even wanted to charge to come out and give an estimate, which would be difficult for me since I am in the Bay Area and the home is in Modesto. After the call, he communicated via text and supplied me with even more information about the water heater he might install. Right off the bat, he had the best pricing out of the 5 places I called, including Home Depot (which was the most expensive!), gave me a great deal, AND came out the very next morning to do the work. Our new water heater was installed by noon. He did a beautiful install. I cannot say enough about this wonderful man who helped us when we were in a real pinch and saved my husband the trouble of having to do it himself. Thank you, Mohammad!

I contacted Mohammed through email and he called me within 5 minutes. My gas water heater pilot light had gone out. Mohammed kindly walked me through the process over the phone and the pilot light re-ignited. This led to a very happy family. He also provided me with advice for choosing a new water heater and the price he quoted is VERY reasonable. My water heater is getting older and will need to be replaced soon. Very happy with Mohammed's service, I messaged him in the middle of the night around midnight because of water heater issues and he responded within the hour when nobody else did. He came the next day in the morning, and it turned out I needed a new water heater, he installed it and even left my garage cleaner than how I had it... I would definetly definitely call him again for anything else plumming wise and would recommend him to anybody. Really professional and honest.

We were leaving on vacation in two days and the water heater went out. Mohammed was the only one who could come out and said he could replace if necessary. He came almost when he said he would but called and let us know he would be ten min late. He checked the water heater. It was bad. He was efficient, measured everything, even was able to work around the awful venting the people who installed my heater did. He is very exacting and when it was done it was clean and tidy as well as put in perfectly. The water heated up right away. It is always nice to watch someone who knows what they are doing and do it right. I felt he was straight forward and honest in his evaluation and cost. I am going to have him again to fix another unit under my sink. Great service!!

Plumbing issue...my husband attempts to unclog a toilet when he got home from work at about 6 pm but no luck...it floods if we utilize any water inside our home. We call our home warranty company (Fidelity), since we bought our home not too long ago. They couldn't get a hold of any of their contracted techs in our area and I only found that out because I called back for status!! It's now 9:40 pm! Low and behold they give me auth to find an outside contractor...and then everyone I called indicating 24/7 isn't really 24/7! AND I GET A HOLD OF MOHAMMED who really is 24/7! (Mind u we have a 2 year old who cannot hold her bladder, so this was an emergency). He was so patient with me as Fidelity kept wanting information to ensure he was legit so I had to keep calling him while he was preparing to leave to our home! Mohammed arrived at about 10 pm...he worked diligently with us and our home warranty company. He figured out the issue...cleared the issue within 2 hours! It's now midnight and my baby can use the restroom!! He's definitely going to be the first call if we ever have another plumbing issue (knock on wood). I would recommend him for anytime of day!!

I've used Mohammed a couple times and he's done a fantastic job both times. The first was changing a 10+ year old water heater. He bought and installed a new one and did a great job. The building inspector who I brought in a couple weeks later to check if everything was according to city code was impressed with the job. The second time was to replace a leaky kitchen faucet and other smaller jobs like tightening loose taps and fixing faulty pumps in toilet tanks. The kitchen faucet job was pro - the old one was gone in a jiffy and all the dirt and water that leaked under the faucet was cleaned up. I couldn't have been happier when I seen what a neat job was done. I think he goes above and beyond what he just has to do and cleans and tightens up the loose ends so to speak. Would highly recommend Mohammed for any kind of plumbing job. I hope I don't have to call a plumber again - but if I have to Mohammed is the guy.
