The Issue:
Our water heater pilot went out and upon investigation I found it to be an issue with the gas control valve. Once the control 'trips' it must be replaced. Also When discovering our tank was over 15 years old and well out of warranty total replacement was on the table as well. Either way our family of 6 was now out of hot water!

First Contact:
I reached out to several plumbing companies on yelp around 11pm last night. I was not expecting a response but, Within 10 minutes I received a call from Mohammed. He said he could be at my home between 7am and 9am the very next day, to take a look!

Arrival and initial inspection:
Mohammed showed up at about 8:30am, within his arrival window. He got right to work and looked at the situation. As I suspected he found no gas going to the pilot light. What I liked about Mohammed was he did not immediately suggest a new tank, and offered to repair what I had. I told him since my tank was 15 years old, let just replace it. I asked when he could do the work and To my surprise he had a tank in his van, a high quality Bradford White 50 gallon, ready to go and said he could do it right then.

Price:
I had gotten 4 other quotes and Mohammed was one of the lowest. I ended up choosing him because he could start right away, sooner than anyone else and I appreciated his prompt response to my request and that how showed up on time. Also there is a 1 year warranty on the labor.

Work:
Mohammed began right away, the job included replacement of the tank, drip trays, water lines, and gas line along with hauling away the old tank. He worked FAST and had the job done in about an hour. It was a one for one replacement and no customizations needed to be done. After he finished he went over the system and explained the LED lights on the new control valve and asked if I had any questions.

Payment:
He accepts VISA/Master card which is how I paid and I was glad he did not try and charge me a fee for using a credit card. He provided me a detailed receipt for the job. He left no mess behind and the area clean as it was before.

Thanks to Mohammed at Emergency Water Heater / Plumbing after losing hot water at 9pm I had a new tank and water restored by 10am the next day. I highly recommend Emergency Water Heater / Plumbing if you need work done on your water heater.

My rental home in Stockton had a 15 yr old water heater in a hall closet, and I figured it was time to replace it before disaster struck. Mohamed was great to communicate with, arranged to be there when I arrived from 50 miles away. He and his dad put down tarps so the carpeting was protected as they went in and out. They did a beautiful job, made sure all the air was out of the lines when done. Would totally recommend them!

Mohamed and his father are FAST, courteous, knowledgeable, reliable,and did I say FAST. They showed up on time explained everything and proceeded to get to work. Excellent customer service and efficient business.

My mother's water heater expired (14 years old). Mohammed and his father scheduled us same day (within a 5hr window, we called at 1pm) and provided remedy. They were efficient, service took no more than 2 hours. And the water temperature has been performing great-it's been over a month. Price was reasonable ($1350). Everything was updated and to code. They did great!

Great service!!!!! My pilot light on my heater was not functioning and Muhammed was able to come to my home within a few hours of my call. After discussion we agreed to replace the heater. He was able to complete the job then and there with a more efficient heater. Very professional and efficient. I am very happy with the new heater as the old one was not the highest quality. I highly recommend using this company for plumbing needs!

Came out to my garage to find my water heater leaking. Called Mohammed at 630p on a Friday night and was here within the hour. He was able to determine there was an internal leak and the water heater needed to be replaced (unit was made in 1989).

It took Mohammed about 1.5 hours to remove and replace the new unit. He redid all of my piping as well. Cleaned up after himself before he left.

Price was reasonable given that it was after hours on a Friday night.

Can't recommend him enough. Thanks for the great service and quick turnaround!
