We had a good deal of sediment coming through our pipes from our water heater. We have a home warranty program and noticed them and they sent our Edgar from Emergency Services Plumbing. He arrived several hours early, which was great, and talked me through all the options for service and, if necessary, replacement. He and Edward, in the office, were helpful in working with the warranty company to arrive at a good recommendation for initial service, which was to flush and clean the tank before exploring replacement. All dealings with the company have been courteous and focused on explaining the options to fix our problem as soon as possible.

Had ESP come out to review a clogged drain and they communicated all the of details, risks, what they were going to do, and what to expect. They were able to use the snake about 20ft deep and resolve the issue which was exactly what they explained prior. Very professional work and fantastic communication.

Next was the shower cartridge pipe - same thing - fantastic communication around arrival times, what they were going to do, risks, estimates/costs, etc. They did exactly what was explained and were very thorough.

Now I have a great go-to plumbing team in my area! Thanks!

Ed from emergency services plumbing was very thorough and got the job done quickly. I had an old leaking garbage disposal machine and Ed got a brand new one installed quickly! I highly recommend anyone who needs high quality plumbing service at reasonable pricing!

Ed was sent by AHS to fix my water heater which was still under warranty and malfunctioning less than a year after it had been installed. Upon arrival he seemed to be unwilling to perform the work and tried to upsell me his services, claiming they were not covered by the warranty.
So, I asked what the cause of the problem was, given that he had arrived at that conclusion within minutes of simply looking at it and without doing a proper inspection. He wasn't able or unwilling to give me a specific answer.
While I can appreciate that there may have been miscommunication between AHS and Ed, he did not do anything to address the issue or fix the problem.

Had the misfortune of having this plumbing company being called out by AHS.
Told the plumber that the cold water was rough to shut off & on after he was done doing the job. (Worked fine before he touched it) Gave me some sort of story that it was tight because it was new parts.
It just got worse. Was telling a plumber friend about it, he pulled off the knob & showed me right off that the stem that was installed, was bent. Wasn't installed properly & from what he could tell, a pliers were used improperly & stripped the outer threads.
I don't appreciate that my concerns of it not working properly got ignored. Either the part got damaged upon installation or it was defective. An experienced plumber should know better.

Had a water leak and looked on Yelp for a resource. SafeHouse was the only company I saw that referenced ""leak detection"" in their name, and with their multiple positive reviews it was a no brainer. Edward came the next day and after a discussion of what I knew (and didn't), we did a thorough review of the house before he used his equipment to try & locate the leak. After a few minutes he found it in the slab in the kitchen. He told me about the next steps and what would entail with respect to our use of the kitchen. An associate of his, Eduardo, came the next day to help with the demo. Eduardo is a hard working guy. The next business day Edward came out and spent close to ten hours repairing the pipe. Over the course of the 2-3 days he was here he answered every question - he actually solicited them so that I could be more comfortable with the process. As of today I have water again. I now get to deal with the restoration side of the issue, and Edward made himself available to the restoration company so that proper coordination can occur with the insurance company. I will not hesitate to use SafeHouse again, but hopefully for just standard plumbing jobs and not another leak!
