We have a mid-sized commercial shopping center in Monterey Park, California, and have used Emergency Rooter Services for all our plumbing needs, large and small, for the past decade. They always respond quickly, and get our shopping center up and work in excellent time. They efficiently diagnose the issue, and fix it quickly at the lowest possible cost. In our last complicated sewer emergency, we experienced flooding in the parking lot on a Sunday morning. Emergency Rooter, and its proprietor, Jorgé, worked till early Monday morning, and dug several deep holes, and replaced several segments of sewer piping, all by opening time 8am Monday morning. Jorgé himself personally oversaw the early morning work. They charge reasonably, understand our needs and urgencies, and always act in our best interests.

Went to my girlfriends house tonight. She kept talking about her plumbing emergency. Her shower was backed up. She had two plumbers out. One gave an estimate of $2500 and the other told her over $5000. They both said that they couldn't snake because her pipes were rotted out. She called a friend and asked if she knew a plumber with integrity. Her friend recommended Jorge. She called him and he came right away. He went under the house and took pictures, which the other two plumbers didnt. He fixed a ring around her toilet that was leaking and snaked her pipes. Problem was solved for $250. He did diagnose another leak that wasn't as urgent and gave her a quote for about $450.

That is what you call integrity and great service. I told her that I was going to post a review for her. You have to support great local businesses.

Excellent! Jorge did a great job in cleaning out some pipes as well as installing 3 faucets in my home. Explained the steps in what he was doing and did a very professional job. Highly recommended to anyone requiring plumbing services.

This is the best and professional plumbing service around. What I thought was a clogged pipe, actually turned out to be a broken pipe under my concrete slab house. Jorge who is the owner, found the damage with his diagnostic camera. Since the pipe was broken underneath my front bathroom, Jorge and his assistant Randy were very careful on removing my tile flooring and preparing the area to have power sledgehammer break up the flooring and keeping the area clean.

Once Jorge found the pipe, he replaced it and found it was still clogged. He cleared the clog and had us up and running. However, he noticed there was still dirt in the piping further down the line. Most plumbers would have said the job was complete and left. Thank goodness Jorge is a professional and checked further. Long story short, he found the pipe was broken in several areas as well as the main.

This job required two days of actual hard labor, with digging out several feet of dirt and working in extremely tight quarters to prevent from having to break up more flooring which would have led into my hallway and possibly into a bedroom.

Jorge kept me updated on the situation, showing me the pipe damage as well as work with our homeowners insurance. I will always use Jorge, Emergency Rooter Service for all my plumbing needs as you should too.

I highly recommend George - I called him yesterday in a state of panic, with an emergency on my hands. He was responsive, helpful, and did NOT try to take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge.

He asked me to send him pictures of what was going on and he said he'd stop by in 30-45 minutes. He under-promised and over delivered. He was at my house sooner than the time expected and took a look at the situation.

The toilet stopped leaking on its own, there were no valves broken so he tested the toilet multiple times, tested other faucets etc and found no issue. He didn't charge me for coming down to my house and most importantly, he didn't make something up Just to get money. He said if anything happens again to call him immediately. great, honest, guy. Highly recommend.

I had an emergency at my house due to a pipe busting underneath a concrete slab. I knew that it would cost a lot of money, knowing that the plumber may potentially break the concrete slab. I began searching Yelp for good plumbers but most of the plumbers seems fishy. I then came across Jorge. He only had 13 reviews but all of them rated him 5 stars. I called Jorge, gave him my address then within 20 minutes later he arrived.

I'm so glad I called him. From the very get go, he was upfront and informed me of what I should do. Many plumbers could've easily taken advantage of my unfortunate situation. But not Jorge, he was great and very personable guy. Although he may not have the amount of reviews we yelpers look for, I was really impressed with the service. He was fast and very efficient. I would recommend him to anyone I know. Don't be scared of the minimal review he has. He's legit and won't take advantage of you!

To all of those home owners out there looking for a Plumber in Southern California. I CAN NOT recommend these guys enough!!! Within 2 hours on a SATURDAY they were at our house fixing a DIY project that went south very quickly. Expected to pay ridiculous rates for weekend service (because we had no choice) but they were reasonable, quick, and genuinely great on all ends!! We will be using them for the rest of our home ownership life!! Cheers to running water and kitchen sinks!!
