I contacted this company for an emergency sewer line clog on a Saturday afternoon. He was out within a half hour and when i questioned him on the cost numerous time his only response was don't worry about it. He showed up in a car with almost no tools, I had to supply him with some of my tools and help him carry things from his car around to the back of my house. After an hour of him trying to use a bladder in the vent pipe to clear the clog and having me dig up a large section around the vent he said the cleanout must be in the house. He was going to walk on my carpet with sewage all over his pants and shoes, so i put down towels and sheets to cover my carpet causing them to be ruined. He then located the cleanout on in laundry room and he shoved the dryer out of the way causing the exhaust piping to break. He then finally cleared the clog and made no attempt to clean up any of the mess and asked to me help him carry stuff back to his car. He then said normally this would be over a $1000.00 job but he would take $500.00 and was demanding cash. I gave him $250 in cash and a check for $250 just to get him out of my house. I promptly put a stop payment on the check to cover the cost of the clean up and to replace the ruined sheets and towels. Eight days later he showed up at my house at 9:15 PM and was beating on the door demanding money, I had to have the police come to remove him from the property. I checked and it does not seem that he is Licensed nor is the ""business"" registered. This man is rude and a true scam artist

Had an upstairs complete bathroom clog. Called Emmett and he showed up in a little compact car with almost no tools. He had a drain snake and tried that to no avail. While using it he kept splashing the dirty water all over the bathroom. He even asked me to carry his tools for him. What am I paying you for? We then proceed to the basement, do not know why because the clog is in the upstairs line. He tried getting the cap off of the clean out line, would not come off so he asked me to go to his car and get his chisel, again what am I paying you for? He then chiseled the cap off and saw that was not the problem, I told him the problem was not down there. Now my threaded cap will not screw back into the pipe. Went back upstairs and he told me to try to flush the toilet again. Umm, no. It will overflow onto the floor. He then said this cannot be fixed tonight he will have to come back tomorrow and remove the toilet to attempt to fix the problem. At that point I just wanted him out of my house and did not pay for this because he did nothing but create new problems and a mess for me to clean up. He left and said he will be back in the morning and I told him not to bother, I will get someone else to fix this. I would not recommend you call him for any plumbing issues. If I could give zero stars I would.

DO NOT CALL!! On Friday October 31, 2021, while at my elderly mother's house, I noticed a problem in the basement so I called Emergency Rooter and Emmitt said he'd be over. Emmitt arrived is a tiny car, not prepared to handle the job. He saw the problem and asked if I had a plunger, took my mother's towels, shoved them down the drain and made an absolute mess of my mother's house. He had to call someone else to get the correct machine to use. 4 hours later, it was tree roots.. the he wanted to charge my elder mother $475.. He was out of his mind.. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Our drain clogged outside the house on a Saturday afternoon. After calling around, we got Emmett who committed to coming out for the repair. He said he would be there at a certain time and was on time. Didn't take him long to get the drain cleared and our problem solved. He also gave us some advice and information we didn't have regarding the type of TP we use actually caused the issue. The price was on the high side but it was a weekend emergency call and you pay the price in situations like that. Emmett did a good job and solved our issue.

Not sure why people are complaining about prices. I had a total backup in my house, he was there in 3 hours during peak times, ended up being 400 bucks... yeah it's not cheap, but I've paid a lot more for subpar work that took longer to get done. Plus meeting Emmett was an experience I won't soon forget, which is an added bonus. Call him up, you'll see what I mean, you're in for a good time, unless you don't know how to have fun.

highly Satisfied. 5 stars for Emmitt. He's definitely a man of his word. He promised me the issue would fixed by the time he left and it was. I appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond. Without him, I would have been stuck with no water for days. He knows his stuff. He became the liaison between me and the water company which made things so easy. I know I would have been given the run around if Emmitt wasn't there to oversea everything. Thank you Emmitt for being upfront and honest, i will be using you again. Thanks for caring.

Stay away, Stay away, Stay away. If I could give this man no stars I would, everything about his service was horrible. First off he came in my home without a mask and no shoe covers, he smelled horrible, he was swearing like a sailor and he didnt get the job done. I went with him because of his fake 5 star google reviews. I cant believe he is even in business at all. He didnt clean up the big mess he made in my basement. The guy he had with him didnt have a clue what he was doing and was complaining he was ready to go. Please and I beg anyone on here please stay away from emmit and his so called crew. He does not get the job done and will take your money

I agree with the bad reviews. Emmett should not be allowed to have a business. He took me for almost $5000.00 last September and I found out just 3 months later that the problem that I had with my outside sewer line was not fixed properly and I need to spend more money to fix it the right way He threatened to sue me when I didn't give him another $1000.00 after he raised the amount that I needed to pay him after I had a hole in my yard and the sewer pipe was already cut. I was also left with a crater in my yard because where they had to dig was not filled in properly. Pretty sure we aren't the only people he has ripped off. I wonder how he sleeps at night.

The sewer was backing up into my basement at 830pm at night. I called this company woke the guy up out of bed and he was out to my house by 9pm. I was off to work by 930 with the drain unclogged and all the sewer out of the basement. He charge a better price then anyone I called and was nice and considerate. He even introduced himself to my kids and asked them questions about themselves. So if you need a reasonably priced, friendly, and quick service this is the guy to use.

My tenant phoned me hysterical as her sewer line was clogged and it was overflowing out of the basement drain. It was an emergency so I choose an emergency rotor company. I asked what the rate was and was told the first hour rate and subsequent hourly rate. Tenant said they were there working for 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was pleased when they only charged me for the first hour. I would definitely call them again in an EMERGENCY.
