Joe S.A tenant had their toilet and shower drain back up and contacted me at 4:45pm about it. My regular drain guy couldn't get there so I called Emergency Rooter. They were the closest to the property. They charged me $320 for the call and, first thing the next morning, the tenant called to tell me the drain was still backed up.
I called Emergency Rooter to let them know it didn't look like they fixed the problem. I asked that he go back and complete the job. He refused to try to make it right but he did try to sell me a more expensive service.
I hired my usual drain guy at half the price of Emergency Rooter and he unclogged the drain.
If you want to spend a lot of money with no results, call Emergency Rooter!
PaJoua V.Wished I could give this place a -5 star. We had issues with our sink and called emergency rooter first. Their person came and was not able to resolve our issue and charged us $120. He used a drain snake and wasn't able to find the problem so he told us that it could be our garbage disposal. We bought a new one and still had the same issue so we called Roto-rooter. Root-rooter was able to fix our drainage issue. Found out it was a ventilation issue since our sink is part of the island.
