Water heater at my rental property sprung a leak late sunday night, forcing me to shut off the hot water to the 2nd floor. All I got was an answering service at Gems that tried to schedule an appointment in a 4-hour window on Monday mid-morning to late afternoon to diagnose (not fix) the problem for a minimum charge. I called ER Plumbing first thing Monday morning, and he gave me a 2-hour window in which he would show up to replace the water heater. Gave me the price over the phone, agreed to call me 30-minutes before he showed up, and showed up on time at 9:45 Monday morning. Replaced the water heater while I waited. When I tested the water on the 2nd floor, my tenant told me he had been having problems with flow in his sink. I opened and closed the valve, but that didn't help and it caused the valve to leak. I asked if they could take a look at the sink, and it took his helper all of 3 minutes to solve that problem while he finished cleaning up downstairs. Final price? Exactly what he quoted me over the phone.

On New Years Day our furnace died and on January 2 Ray came to our rescue. He quoted a fair price and worked quickly to repair the issue. Installing a brand new system and replacing all the cast iron radiator adjustment valves

I have used this company twice. The first was in the middle of the night and the second by appointment. Both great experiences. I feel I was charged fairly and the problem was solved. I also must say they have excellent customer service as well! It's nice to have a company I trust when things go wrong!

Well I am writing this review exactly 1 hour after I found this company on yelp. I came home from work on the first cold day (today) and noticed it was just as cold inside as it was outside. I called, the person answering was very helpful, and they sent someone out within an hour and I now have heat! It's 9:15 pm! I'm looking forward to the cold weekend without worrying about my pipes freezing. Thanks, emergency response!

My AC broke on the hottest day of the summer. I called 4 places with no responses. I called 4 more a day later. One was Emergency Response. They called me right back and were here in an hour. The AC was fixed in 10 minutes. The cost was reasonable.

I only wish I could rate them higher. I would call them again in a heartbeat. Great people and service.
