Woke up to an overflowing toilet leaking through the floor and into the garage. My wife immediately called ERP for help based on the terrific Yelp reviews. The employee who answered her call was professional and told us we'd have help within a 2-hour timeframe. Tim showed up to our house, very friendly and professional. We've dealt with horrible plumbers in the past, so Tim was a welcome change. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and took care of an additional ongoing issue we were having. He also gave us a referral for a restoration company to come out and assess the water damage. When the need arises we will definitely use ERP again! Highly recommended!

Although I hate having a pipe leak it's nice to know that there's a company like ERP to call when you have an emergency. Was able to get a hold of someone and schedule an appointment right away. Tim Hudzinski arrived on time and was very professional. Identified the leak right away and replaced the pipe in a timely manner. Tim was very personable and helped explain what happened (I asked a lot of questions). I will definitely use them again and request Tim every time.

Went in to take shower at 830 pm and tub was filled with the nasty,and toilet wasnt flushing down.my regular plumber no longer does emergency calls,I live on bottom floor so everyone above me was draining into my house.we called erp and I was so amazed on how fast they showed up,plumbers are never that quick to show up .plumber was very professional came in and fixed my problem and cleaned up then was on his way .very impressed with the service.i take care of 38 units in laguna beach and will use erp for all my emergency needs in the future

ERP was the best plumbing service I have ever experienced. Garrett and Cristian were kind and helpful at a very stressful time. They arrived quickly and explained everything in detail. Exceptional professionalism and excellent work. They even took the extra time to not cut through my beautiful new cabinets. Outstanding service. Hopefully I will not need their service again but if I do I will definitely be calling Emergency Response Plumbers!

Five stars isn't even enough!! Thank you Tim and Garrett for unclogging our main line so fast!! I called the number from the google search and Ted answered the phone - he was so nice and so honest!! He even got our service time moved up - which was great because what we though was a lot of dirt lumps - wasn't a lot of dirt lumps!!! Tim and Garrett showed up and were so nice and so helpful! They even cleaned up above and beyond where I expected! Best customer service ever from the time I dialed their number! We will always call them first!!
