Our kitchen sink was backed up and we also had an issue with our air gap expelling water when the dishwasher was running. I called a few different plumbers but was not able to schedule for the same day due to a holiday. ERP responded quickly and they arrived at my house about 2 hours after I called. I appreciated the text letting me know when the guys were en route. Ricky and Chris were very professional and friendly and took great care in keeping the area where they were working clean. They also wore booties and masks in the house which was greatly appreciated. They diagnosed the issues, presented me with the cost breakdown so there were no surprises, and they fixed everything quickly. I felt that their fee was more than fair considering the work that they performed. I was very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.

My shower drain was backed up, so I called Emergency Response Plumbers. Richard came to resolve the issue and did an outstanding job. As a single female homeowner, I sometimes feel nervous inviting strangers into my home, but Richard's demeanor made me feel very comfortable. He was friendly, professional, and fixed the drain quickly while explaining how I can prevent similar problems in the future. I'm very happy with my experience!

This is where I had found ERP so I am back here to share my honest feedback.

The plumber that we had used for several years had been ""missing-in-action"" for the past 2 years now. Fortunately, we didn't have any plumbing need (or emergency) ... not until now. The pipe outside the house (connected to our kitchen sink) was leaking water out. Not an emergency but I started Yelping to hopefully have it fixed (sooner than later) and found ERP. My husband also tried to reach out to a couple of plumbers he found on Yelp but none of them responded. I called 3 plumbers -- one couldn't come until after a week, one did not return my call, and ERP (my husband asked me to call them).

Christian returned my call within 5-10 minutes and said he (or another team member) would come to our house the next day. They had communicated with me through emails and text messages (to confirm the appointment and to give their ETA/status). Ricky came within the promised ETA, and said if unclogging the drain resolves the leak then there's no need to open up the dry wall to further inspect the pipes. Unclogging stopped the leak! He was in and out within an hour and cleaned up after.

Another reason why I felt the need to yelp is...
There was an unexpected billing-related error due to some miscommunication. When I asked Ricky about it, he wasn't aware of the conversation I had with Christian but did say that he was going to speak with him to get it resolved. Christian immediately owned up to the mistake and apologized for it. Overall, working with these guys was very pleasant and easy.

Ricky did a great job and was very respectful. I do admire him for not brushing me off when I mentioned about the invoice mistake and thankful to Christian for keeping his word. Thanks guys! I think we found our new plumbers.

The toilet in our powder room recently got clogged. I contacted Christian from ERP and explained my situation. He recommended that I try a few things to see if I can resolve the issue myself. I really appreciated his advice and gave it a try. But unfortunately it did not work so I called him back to schedule an appointment.

Richard, one of the techs from ERP came to work on my clog and he was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he was doing but ultimately we had to use the big cable to clear the clog from the sewage clean out located on the side of my house. Thankfully we didn't have to pull the toilet.

The clog was more challenging than we thought but ultimately it looked like he fixed it and I saw it with my own eyes and agreed. However later that evening I noticed that the water wasn't draining again. I texted Christian and Richard to let them know and they both insisted they come back out that night to resolve the issue.

About 20 minutes later they were both at my house determined to fix the issue. After about an hour it was fixed. Wow, awesome service and they really took it upon themselves to complete the job that night. Even when I told them it was ok and we could schedule for another day.

Honesty, integrity and accountability from a service provider. What more do you need?

Our tenants toilet clogged on New Years Eve. Christian showed up and unclogged the sewer mainline. This was after our friend who is a plumber could not unclog the toilet.
We appreciate making our tenants happy.

4 PM - Went for a quick afternoon shower. Shower handle decides to call it quits with water still running. Panic. Found Emergency Response Plumbers on Yelp and was surprised to find out they could get someone out to me within the hour. They were very upfront about time and costs.

5 PM - Chris and Ricky arrived. Timely and courteous - they got right to work. They replaced the entire shower cartridge and reassembled the shower handle.

5:45 PM - Work complete - Chris and Ricky take their leave. Long weekend saved!

I'm still in awe of just how quickly Emergency Response Plumbers were able to fix my shower. They get my highest possible recommendation!

Emergency Response Plumbers is fantastic! I had a slab leak that was completely misdiagnosed by another plumber. Christian talked me thru what I should do on the phone before I had even hired them. They fixed the mistake the other company made and went above and beyond to help me. When I needed them for something else, Christian came out at 8 pm days before Christmas and did not even charge me. They are kind, trustworthy, honest people who I would recommend to anyone. So grateful for this company. Do NOT hesitate. Call them!
