Rob came out to look at our water heater, due to its pilot light randomly going out every month or so over the past year or two. I am so glad I had him (and Emergency Rescue Plumbing) come out to look, because he was able to help guide me to a decision regarding fixing versus repairing, and actually listened to the troubleshooting I had done so far to narrow down the issue.

As part of this, Rob did such a great job explaining *everything* to me, in terms that I could easily understand. By the time he left, I knew all of the major components in a water heater, and what exactly could fail, as well as the cost for installing a new one, and the additional implications on being up to code, and how that plays into everything (like whether or not I'd have to install an expansion tank).

I haven't needed to do the repair or install yet, but I will certainly use Emergency Rescue Plumbing when it comes time to do so.
