These guys are a bunch of clowns I can't figure it out weather they are a plumbing company or if they are a water mitigation company. We definitely made a mistake by calling EMS to help us with the plumbing in my restroom. My insurance company sent a water mitigation company (Servpro) to my house to do an inspection then this guy shows up saying that his son owns a servpro and that he is gonna have his son come look at things because apparently his sons servpro is better idk. I feel like they try to beef up the project way more than what it should be when they know insurance is involved. This is the worst bunch of plumbers I have ever met in my life. Just wanted to thank Anthony and his crew for a fast response to a pinhole water leak in my upstairs bathroom. He had Domingo his plumber fixed the leak and had the rest of his crew removed all the damaged areas. Just wanted to thank them all for their help and for the professional response. Amazing company!!! They were the only company to respond fast enough to take care of the leak on the main line going into my property. Fixed it in only a few hours and didn't try to upsale me. Anthony was courteous and knowledgeable in his line of work. Anthony helped fixed the underground water leak issue we had, and even went above and beyond to call my insurance claim adjuster to coordinate the repairs. On top of that, what I like about Anthony was that he is up front and tells me it is what it is and not beat around the bush. This helps me manage my time and coordinate other repairs. I was also able to obtain feedbacks from Anthony when the job is completed. I will keep Anthony on my good list.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. There was a mix up with payment from my homeowners insurance for thier portion. And a woman called and told my daughter I was going to jail because I cashed their check and kept thier money. And left me a voicemail that they were going to send a sherrif to my house. Even with the mix up, that is inexcusable. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If your home owners or warrany company tell you they are sending this company ask for someone else. They are unprofessional. They also agreed to a lesser amount with the insurance company. I bet they try and hit me up for the remainder even though they agreed to the lesser amount with my home owners insurance. It will be sad. Ill have to repost again. And again and again. Maybe ever month to get my point across. If you go with this company you are in for trouble trust me. Very poor service.
